Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist ideal zum entspannen und Ozean genießen. Infrastruktur ist gut.

Ocean Suite, recién reformado, se ubica dentro del exclusivo complejo Nueva Suecia. Apartamento pequeño pero muy bonito, con un gran ventanal que lo hace muy luminoso. Dispone de terraza-solárium, dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, salón-comedor, baño y parking privado. Aire acondicionado, ventilador, WiFi y Smart TV. Supermercado y restaurantes a pocos pasos.

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

La Señorita

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)

Bienvenido al Estudio Luliche,un acogedor bajo con entrada independiente, situado en calle Maninidra(Juan Grande) En una ubicación perfecta para descansar, pero al mismo tiempo estar a solo unos minutos en coche de las principales playas y servicios turístico Bahia Feliz, San Agustin,Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles,El tablero. También cuenta con todos los servicios básicos en su cercanía.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
