The 2-acre property backs up to the 23,000-acre Sleepy Creek State Wildlife Area, a hikers dream. The Woods offers 2 golf courses, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, tennis, exercise gym and more. The Sports and Spa center is within walking distance from the chalet for self-care pampering. Peaceful Pines is a beautiful, luxurious mid-century cabin where the main objective is relaxation. Great for a girls weekend, family, work or multi-generation trips! Plenty of room to stretch out and have your own space. Go hiking, swim at the pools, go golfing, use the projector on the covered porch, curl up in front of the fire with a good book or play board games. Peaceful Pines cabin offers all of that and more. We are less than 2 hours outside of DC, but it feels like a world away.

**Please note this guest suite is entirely private and located on the lower level of our home, with its own entry/exit and no shared areas.** We block Monday & Tuesday nights, but will entertain requests if you would like to book. The hot tub is a new feature on the property. It is located on the lower deck. Guests who utilize the hot tub do so at their own risk. In order to ensure your safety and for our protection, no one under the age of 12 is permitted to enter/use the hot tub.

Hot tub is available year round and safe for max of 2 adults due to its location on the upper deck. Pellet stove is available Oct-March.

Cabin on the Run is named after the beautiful run running behind the property with a babbling soundscape that can be heard from the expansive deck. Cabin on the Run provides all modern amenities so that you only need to bring clothes and food for a trip away.

Abby's Lookout is conveniently located just outside historic Berkeley Springs, WV. You'll find solitude and everything else you'll need to enjoy a piece of West Virginia. The renovated space offers a large kitchen for cooking meals for your friends or family. Relax on the deck or in the elevated hot tub while soaking up the incredible starry views. Sleep well in either a queen size bed or two twins.
