Had a great visit. Enjoyed our stay. Only one complaint the one morning the gate wasn’t opening when called and it took about 15 minutes to get inside we finally went in the exit gate when someone came out. But I do believe there was a problem with gate as others couldn’t get in either.

We had a great stay here. Casey was proactive with her communication and very helpful. The neighborhood was as described in the listing. One thing to note was that the neighbors across the street were partying and playing loud music on the Friday and Saturday night that we were there. They stopped playing the music around 9:30 each night which I appreciated. Not sure if this is a regular thing they do, but something to keep in mind if you’re considering staying here especially if you have kids with bedtimes.

Perfect spot for a music festival and beach weekend stay. Convenient to the beach and North Charleston Venues.

Spencer was incredibly kind and responsive and ensured we had a great and comfortable stay! He was kind enough to help us check into our accommodations and showed us around the home. He answered any questions we had in a very timely manner and checked in with us upon arrival and departure. We would definitely stay with Spencer if we find ourselves in Charleston again!

In nice neighborhood, great location to stores, restaurants and local activities. Clean, comfy sofa and beds. Updated kitchen. Nice porch. I would say if you have a pet not to let her out in the yard because of openings to neighbors. Quiet area.

The place matched the pictures exactly! We will absolutely book again next year for our annual trip :)

Location is farther from Charleston but only 20-25 minutes from the FUN! Place was so nice and clean and quiet! We felt right at home. Would definitely recommend!

Really loved our stay here! Clean, cozy, and in a great spot. The hosts were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Summerville is such a cute area too. We would definitely come back next time we’re around!

The hosts were very friendly, and asked us if we needed anything when we arrived. They also left us farm fresh eggs in the fridge that tasted wonderful. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. And they knew we were gluten free and made sure to leave snacks out that we could eat which was so very thoughtful!

Justins place was perfect for a solo traveler like myself, clean ,comfortable and well appointed for a short term stay! Summerville offered a variety of good restaurants, shops and even a book store in which I promptly bought a novel. It even had a sweet little park to relax and read or just people watch. I highly recommend the “Back Porch” and would absolutely stay again.

We stayed at Daniels place this weekend when we went up to South Carolina for a wedding and he did not disappoint! The place was just as described, equipped with exactly what we needed for the weekend and close to many things! Daniel was very responsive and let us check in earlier also. It was truly great to have been able to take our dog with us as well, everything was clearly stated and explained. Great host, nice and simple place that is just what you need for a weekend in South Carolina!

Easy check-in and out. Our room was just above the pool- so, if you want to sleep in and are a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Nice mini-fridge, Kuereg, plenty of towels, clean, extra toilets downstairs in the pool house and lobby (which can come in handy when 4 people are sharing 1 bathroom), ample parking. You may have to carry your bags up 1 flight of stairs- which was no issue for us, but something to keep in mind if your party has physical limitations that could interfere.

This place was absolutely magical. The design was full of whimsy and detail and everything felt like being in a surreal fantasy that deeply references historical and vintage aesthetics. the bed was comfortable, the bath was amazing, the furnishings were functional and the area is like 10 minutes from the airport.

I love the place. Close to NNPTC for my son graduation. We have a nice surprise from Trish when we arrive. Definitely we are coming back soon.

Great location for the weekend and just the amount of care that went into it was an amazing we enjoyed our time and will be back!

This Air BnB was exactly what we were looking for! The community was adorable, especially with the coffee shop right down the road. The beds were super comfy which is always a plus when staying at an Air BnB. Only thing was a bit inconvenient was that there were no hangers in any closets to hang up any clothes. Other than that, the perfect stay!

This unit is well located (second floor overlooking the pool in a walkable complex) and nicely furnished and spacious. You can easily walk to the coffee shop, dominos, and nigels. It is very light and airy feeling. We found the host very helpful and quick to respond.

This place was worth every penny. We felt like we didn’t need to leave the village the entire time we were there with so much to do. The host was very helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend
