Es war unsere erste Nutzung von Airbnb. Für uns war es der perfekte Kurzurlaub in Familie. Johan hat uns schon erwartet und sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Haus gezeigt. Die Unterkunft hat sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer mit dem Wintergarten und draußen die zwei kleinen Gartentische mit den Stühlen sowie der Steg am Wasser mit dem Sitzsack zum relaxen. Die Küche war mit zwei Kaffeeautomaten und gut ausreichenden hübschen Geschirr sowie allen notwendigen Utensil ausgestattet. In der 1. Etage waren das schicke Badezimmer und die ruhigen Schlafräume. Auch 2 Fahrräder von Johan haben wir genutzt, zwei weitere Räder haben wir von den ganz netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn geliehen. Im Verleih war alles ausgebucht… Unser Gastgeber Johan war für uns immer zeitnah erreichbar, hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Essen gehen gegeben. Kurzum: wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, würden gern wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Incredible luxury townhouse, very spacious and packed with everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the vibrant city center yet in a very convenient location to either walk or take public transportation to all major tourist attractions and the city center. Just around the corner from a street market, coffee shops and restaurants. The communication with Emilie was flawless and timely. I can't say enough about how great it was our stay. Emilie went above and beyond to make sure were comfortable and had a great stay. She provided local recommendations for food, activities for kids and babysitter services. Highly recommended. Definitively coming back when in Amsterdam.

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

Toller Urlaub in sehr gemütlichem und geräumigen Haus! Charmant eingerichtet und bequeme Betten. Schöner Gartensitzplatz. Strand und Stadt mit Fahrrädern super erreichbar und Busstation um die Ecke. Ruhig, wenn man mal von den Möwen absieht…;-). Pieteke war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat sich auch aktiv immer wieder nach uns erkundigt. Super WLAN für unsere Teenager! Vielen Dank, Piteke! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Elien et Franck, qui est parfaite pour une famille avec 3 enfants. La maison est très joliment décorée et confortable, on s'y sent comme chez soi! La communication a été très facile même si nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes, tout était très bien expliqué et des douceurs nous attendaient à l'arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions fait le choix de tout faire à pied et le trajet vers l'embarcadère est un peu long (20 mn à pieds) mais en vélo ce doit être plus court. Le trajet en ferry gratuit vers la gare centrale est facile et amusant (un départ toutes les 15 mn pour une traversée de moins de 15 mn). Nous recommandons donc vivement!

Nos encantó alojarnos en esta casa, sentimos la experiencia de vivir en una típica casa de Amsterdam, en un barrio residencial tranquilo y bien comunicado. Está euipada con todo lo necesario y decorada con gusto, y Maaike estuvo siempre muy atenta. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!

We felt right at home from the start when we first entered Marichelle's house for a week stay. Beautiful old and classic Amsterdam home with an eclectic and art focused decor. The location is incredible. Excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries and grocery stores all within minutes. On Saturday, there is a large market that is literally 50 feet away. Walkable location and only 10 minutes from the tram. Marichelle and her daughter were very attentive and responsive. My family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a wonderful one night stay at Robin’s place. Feel comfortable at home right away, a stone away to the city central and the boat ride with Robin was amazing and fun! Thank you for the great hospitality◡̈ take care

Great place for a solo traveler. Taking the 391 bus from Amsterdam Centraal was easy at the end of a long day, the neighborhood is quiet (a nice change from the craziness of downtown Amsterdam), delightful and felt extremely safe late night and early morning. I'll be back!

This house is ideally located just a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, providing convenient access to Amsterdam Central, Rotterdam, and the airport. It's family-friendly, stocked with plenty of toys for kids, making it a great choice for families. While the property offers a peaceful escape from city life, it's still close enough to enjoy urban amenities. However, the barbecue could use some maintenance for better usability. The house features one large bedroom and two smaller children's rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine, creating a cozy atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home.

Paoline's flat was absolutely perfect for us as a couple. The location is absolutely great, everything is within walking distance. The flat is absolutely warmly decorated. But the absolute highlight was SuzieQ - such a lovely cat, we were very pleased that we were allowed to look after her. Alkmaar is a very nice city and we would come back anytime. Thanks to Paoline for the great communication and the great flat 🥰

My wife and I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb in Zaandam, and it was perfect. The house features a lovely garden in the front, where we enjoyed our morning coffee amidst beautiful greenery. The living room is very cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Our host was incredibly accommodating and provided us with excellent recommendations, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Zaandam.

Robin is truly a great host. I felt very comfortable and welcome in his home. Since I was always on the run, we never had much time for extensive conversations. However, the communication was always very pleasant and friendly. I found him to be very hospitable and reliable. I’m already looking forward to the next time 😀 The area with the canals is a dream!

Wir verbrachten zu viert vier Nächte hier. Die Unterkunft entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist ein schöner Altbau mit moderner, sauberer Ausstattung und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Zaandam. Am Bahnhof gibt es eine Einkaufspassage mit u.a. einem Supermarkt. Dank der hilfreichen Informationen vorab war die Adresse einfach zu finden. Bei der Ankunft hat leider die WLAN-Verbindung nicht funktioniert, aber Pelle hatte es selbst bemerkt und uns die Zugangsdaten für ein anderes Netzwerk gegeben, noch bevor wir ihn kontaktiert haben. Es gibt vor Ort eine Mappe mit allen wichtigen Informationen, in der auch die Lage des Müllcontainers und dessen Öffnung mit einer Chipkarte gut beschrieben ist. Der Gasherd in der vollausgestatteten Küche funktioniert sehr gut und es machte Spaß, dort zu kochen.

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques avec nos deux enfants dans cette maison si confortable en compagnie d’un chat tranquille. L’environnement est fort appréciable aussi, avec des alentours aménagés pour les petits, comme pour les grands : jeux pour enfants, coins de verdure paisibles. L’endroit est idéal pour rayonner aux alentours (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Leyden, l’île de Texel, les parcs nationaux du Zuig Kennermeland et des Schoorlse Duinen, sans parler d’Alkmaar en elle-même qui est une si charmante ville … Beaucoup de jolis endroits !) Nos gentils hôtes nous ont laissé de très bonnes indications et la communication a été excellente. Merci à eux !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Haarlem! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near all the major attractions. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. We felt very welcome and at home during our stay. The neighborhood was charming and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giulietta. La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais le centre ville d’Haarlem reste accessible à pieds. Nous avons profité de cette base pour découvrir la région et aller à Amsterdam en train depuis Haarlem. Le logement était agréable pour un séjour en famille avec un petit jardin clôturé et une aire de jeux pour enfants à côté. Giulietta a été très attentionnée et disponible. Elle nous a beaucoup aidés quand nous avons eu besoin de consulter un médecin. Merci encore !

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern dort. Schönes Haus und vor allem tolle Küche und kleinem Garten! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Kinder haben sich über das Spielzeug sehr gefreut. Schöne ruhige Lage. Immer wieder gerne!

We had a family reunion in Haarlem, at Ilaria's lovely house. We enjoyed everything and were really at ease in the house. The flexible check-in and check-out helped a lot with our plans. Ilaria kindly took care of making us very comfortable. I definitely recommend this lovely house.

The house of René’s is much better than what in the pictures, which was designed and renovated with high quality and tast. I love the garden as well, with the beautiful rose and birds. Every morning you will be waken up by the nice birds singing. The location is easy for both pedestrians and for those with bike, auto or boat. René makes notes clearly. You would find all facilities easy to use. Next time if I go to Muiten I would definitely choose the same house.

Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in Amsterdam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Beautiful flat with a well stocked kitchen. The location was close to everything. The stairs are more like a ladder but once you get used to them they are fine. Overall a very nice, clean ,comfortable place to stay.
