Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Newer house in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to I 229. Close to skiing and car race track NO CLEANING FEES Space available for Airbnb rental is the main part of the house. Owner has a separate apartment in the basement with a separate entrance. There is a lock on both sides of the door going to the basement at the bottom of the stairs. I will always try to be respectful of your privacy. If you do need anything let me know and I will make myself available.
