There are 14 steps up to the entrance of the apartment and the front door has a digital lock. Approximately 600 square feet with 2 bed rooms, one private and the other semi-private. This apartment has a kitchen with full stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. This apartment his somewhat historical in the community having been built in the late 1940s.

Located within one mile of Asbury Seminary and University, our space is ideally suited for commuting students, out-of-town guests, or folks visiting the beautiful Bluegrass region. Our home is a 15-minute walk from the campuses and business district. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have two units available to rent. There's many attractions within a 40 mile drive. Just a few to mention are Flat Lick Falls, Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge as well as numerous restaurants and shopping. Our local fishing and swimming area known as Station Camp Creek is just a 15 minute drive. There's also hiking trails as well as horse riding and atv trails with wildlife around. Come out and enjoy some time in the country.

It is within walking distance to lots of unique shops and restaurants and the Bluegrass Heritage Museum. Walk or drive to the Farmers Market (seasonal) on historic Depot Street on Saturday mornings. The Red River Gorge/Natural Bridge area is 40 minutes east. Lexington is a short 20-30 minutes west.
