We just spent a wonderful week in Barry's apartment. The location is great with many restaurants and interesting sites within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Rodrigo is the local contact and he was super friendly and always available to help. The communication with both Barry and Rodrigo was excellent. Barry very kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Buenos Aires.

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde wohlgefühlt und würden SOFORT wiederkommen. So gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Pflanzen auf der kleinen Terrasse und Privatsphäre. Gema ist wundervoll und hat mir sogar dabei geholfen, ein Ersatzteil für meine Kamera zu besorgen. Herzensempfehlung ♥️🪴

Unterkunft war im Allgemeinen wie beschrieben. Top Lage und gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Der Außenbereich war mega an sonnigen Tagen und mit dem Grill hat auch alles funktioniert. Perfekt für eine Woche Buenos Aires mit 4-5 Besuchern. Vermieter war auch sehr hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen.

Great location, very quiet, and close to many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Seamless check in and out. Soledad was very responsive and helpful!

This place is the perfect spot to stay long term or short term. Luciano was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions I had. The place is lovely and clean. The view is crazy good- with a balcony! I stayed there for a week and didn’t want to leave. The pool so such a nice addition, since it’s been hot here. I went there everyday and got to know the other tenants. Everyone was polite and friendly. Location is key. So many coffee shops and restaurants— also a very easy pick up location for Ubers - and close to the public transport. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe and welcome living the good like in Palermo !

Romslig og sjarmerende hus med behagelig beliggenhet i nærheten av buss og metro. Vi var to barnefamilier som nøt godt av mange soverom, to stuer og flere uteområder. Verten var behjelpelig til å svare på spørsmål før ankomst, og serviceminded til å ordne ting underveis i oppholdet. Før med kodelås fungerte veldig bra - deilig å slippe nøkler!

Cris foi extremamente prestativa e clara nas instruções a nos receber. A casa tem muitas escadas, são 3 andares e um banheiro e um mezanino suspensos. Tudo muito limpo, toalhas e roupa de camas para todos. Calefação e ar condicionados em dia. Localização excepcional, um dos melhores possíveis em Buenos Aires. São apenas dois banheiros com chuveiro, então se for em um grupo grande, precisa dividir bem, já que um dos banheiros é em um entre andares que liga ao rooftop. Recomendo demais, principalmente pela clareza da comunicação com a Cris, pela excelente localização, pelo conforto e comodidade.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

El alojamiento es muy bueno. Muy bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades que se necesitan para tener una buena estadía. Miguel es muy amable y atento.

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

Increíble lugar para compartir con amigos, tiene de todo. Desde una cocina con todos los utensilios que vas a necesitar, hasta juegos para que no te aburras nunca. Estuvimos por una noche e hicimos un asado mientras todo el grupo se la pasaba bien jugando ping pong y pool. El lugar es muy amplio. Adicionalmente se encuentra en una zona increible de Palermo Hollywood y tenes de todo cerca. Nos encanto y volveriamos!

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

Se adapto muy bien a nuestra necesidad, muy amable Matías y predispuesto. Muy buena experiencia. Ubicación de fácil acceso y barrio muy tranquilo y limpio.

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

Andrea's Oasis in the city lived up to her description; easy to access (we had 2 bicycles), plenty of stores shops etc in the area, just off Corrientes Str. a major road with buses and Metro stations. Andrea was an attentive host, and provided clean towels and sheets upon request (during the 4-week stay), as well as answering any questions we had. The apartment is in a good location with restaurants cafes and pubs close, but also quiet, being in the center of the building. A highly recommended place to stay and see and explore Buenes Aries.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este apartamento, más que recomendable! Apartamento bien equipado, zona con mucho transporte y anfitriones que colaboran en todo. Es cómodo, seguro y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar.

La verdad 10 puntos. No solo el lugar es hermoso, se siente que se puso mucho amor durante muchos años, pero además está muy bien conectado, las personas que lo habitan son divinas, y las plantas son espectaculares. Recomiendo 100 %.

Muy buena experiencia. Zona para trabajar y excelente conexión wifi. Tranquilidad. Ezequiel fue un excelente anfitrión. Volveria sin dudar.
