We (family of four with young kids) came across this house and loved it, but it didn’t have a bed for our one year old daughter, so we sent Vic a message and he went out of his way to find one. Great start! When we got there, the house was even better than the pictures give away: private villa on the quiet outskirts of Ahangama, but a five minute tuk tuk ride will get you to the town’s centre where all the restaurants and such are. Modern bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, nice kitchen and living room, beautiful pool, huge patio with a roof over it, monkeys in the trees in the morning etc. etc. I contacted Vic several times during our stay and always got quick replies with great advice - places to eat, tuk tuk drivers, surf coach and places to see. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again myself some day!

We traveled as a group of 6 to Villa Acres Green for a one-night getaway. The place was truly beyond our expectations and the pictures don’t do justice to the place! The property is spacious and gives you a sense of seclusion from the rest of the world. The vast garden is scattered with lots of trees, a pond and a well maintained lawn with benches and hammocks for a nice evening chill. The pool is much bigger than you’d expect and was clean. The tiles in the pool are starting to break so a little caution would be advised. We opted to get our food prepared at the property. The BBQ dinner was excellent, but the Sri Lankan breakfast (kiri bath) was only average. It’s possible that the food maybe a hit of miss in our experience. The rooms were nice; spacious and clean! The A/C cooled well which was more than appreciated since the days were scorching! All in all, we had a fantastic experience at the property and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Hikkaduwa.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est fidèle à l’annonce, et le personnel nous a parfaitement accompagné de l’accueil jusqu’au départ. Pour profiter des différents points d’intérêts, je recommanderais la location de scooter car la maison est un peu en retrait des plages, par exemple.

Wow what a place! Everyone was so helpful at the TreeHouse; the breakfast we ordered was great and all the staff were so lovely and friendly. My kids didn’t leave them alone!! A really unique place to stay right in the treetops. Would definitely recommend!

Mit Abstand die absolut beste Unterkunft die wir jemals hatten. Schon von der Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zum Check out einfach alles super. Charith und Tharaka sind die Perlen des Hauses. Wir wurden während unseres Aufenthalts liebevoll umsorgt. Charith überraschte uns jeden Morgen mit einem leckeren Frühstück und ging sogar auf die Sonderwünsche der Kinder ein. Die Villa wurde täglich gereinigt, frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch... einfach liebevolle Detailarbeit. Es ist ein super gemütliches offenes Haus, mit großen Räumen ohne unnötigen Kram, aber viel Liebe zum Detail. Die tolle Aussicht vom Pool über die Reisfelder und gleichzeitige Privatsphäre spricht für sich. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, dem kann tatsächlich nicht mehr weiter geholfen werden. Zusammengefasst: Urlaub vom feinsten ab der ersten Minute.

Roshan our host onsite was great ! We enjoyed the generous villa every day in its secluded spot . 8 min by Scooter from Ahangama - clean, relaxing nicely placed in the middle of the the forest . Sound of waves replaced by voices of birds and Monkeys. Highly recommended . Thank you Ben .

I recently stayed at White Villa and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The host, Lalith, was incredibly friendly and allways willing to help. It was a pleasure talking with him. The location of the Villa is ideal, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The atmosphere of the place was pleasent and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend White Villa to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to Balapitiya.

Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit. Der Garten ist riesig und das Haus war sauber und wir hatten ganz viel Platz als Familie. Zu Fuß kann man die Umgebung erkunden. Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand lässt sich zu Fuß erkunden. Eine tolle Nachbarschaft und vor allem eine sehr ruhige. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Familie hat uns sogar morgens Frühstück gemacht, das unglaublich lecker war. Wir sind sehr traurig gehen zu müssen und behalten das Haus in schöner Erinnerung . Bis bald , Anna und Tim

Thank you so much for your hospitality! The place was really cozy and nice, we loved the balcony surrounded by blooming trees. The hosts were incredible - friendly, responsive. For example, we wanted ab extra key and a fan for the balcony - all of our requests were completely satisfied. It was always clean and neat - cleaning every week with a change of bed linen. The place is close to the main beaches, bus stop and everything you light need. Yard is blooming and big enough for parking 4-5 bikes

Haben 3 Nächte bei Josephine verbracht. Die Unterkunft war super schön, geräumig und hatte eine tolle Dachterrasse. Außerdem waren die Empfehlungen klasse - hier hat Josephine ein nettes Dokument zusammengestellt, das man sich unbedingt durchlesen sollte. Außerdem war der Preis sehr fair. Ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. liegt etwas abseits vom Strand aber es gibt einen kleinen, süßen Einkaufsladen direkt ums Eck und ein super leckeres familiengeführtes Restaurant (Humbhaha Ahangama) fußläufig. Für die meisten anderen Sachen kann man besser ein Tuktuk nehmen. Hier solltet ihr unbedingt die Empfehlung aus dem Dokument beachten, Anoura war einfach super :)! Mein einziger negativer Punkt ist, dass es etwas in der Nähe der Bahnstrecke liegt und daher manchmal etwas laut sein kann - uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The house was spacious and the garden was perfect for outside breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and train station. The communication with Suren and his family was very good, they are lovely people living just beside the house and ready to help us whenever we needed it! For the price it’s a bargain, we definitely recommend :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Cocomari-Villa. Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt perfekt an einem wenig besuchten Strandteil. Somit hat man den Strand quasi komplett für sich und hat einen direkten Zugang vom Grundstück aus. Ithquan war sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns einen flexiblen Check-Out ermöglicht. Das einzige was man wissen muss ist, dass es nur in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt. Ansonsten können wir die Villa wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. 😊

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Wer eine Auszeit möchte, Privatsphäre und direkten Zugang zum Strand ist genau richtig! Sehr schöner Garten, Trinkwasser wird nachgefüllt und ist immer verfügbar. Villa ist nicht dort, wo es Google Maps anzeigt - muss dringend angepasst werden damit das Haus direkt gefunden werden kann.

처음에 지도가 잘못된 곳으로 인도해줘서 찾기 힘들었지만 이웃의 도움으로 찾을 수 있었습니다. 단독주택으로 독립된 공간 안에 머물 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 공간이 넓어서 좋고, 청결하게 유지되고 있으며, 필요한 것들을 갖추고 있습니다. 특히 세탁기를 이용할 수 있어서 좋았는데, 전자레인지가 없는 건 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 호스트가 매우 친절하고 체크인, 체크아웃 할 때 저의 목적지로 라이드도 해줘서 감사했습니다.

Дом находится в джунглях, на холме, в 800 м от прекрасного пляжа. Дорога до пляжа не тяжелая, может только до дома пешком показаться трудноватой, но для нас это не было проблемой. К тому же в случае сильного ливня, что в Шри является нормой в независимости от сезона, вода не затапливает дом - одно из главных преимуществ дома на холме. В доме есть все необходимое: 3 спальни, 3 кровати, ванная комната с горячей водой (на улице есть летний душ) на кухне газовые конфорки, холодильник, большой обеденный стол. Везде есть вентиляторы, а в одной из спален - кондиционер. Очень понравился сад - большой и утопает в растительности. Хозяева очень гостеприимные и добрые люди. Организовали нам поездку в Эллу. По приезду приготовили очень вкусный ужин. Мы обязательно сюда еще вернемся. Хозяевам желаю удачи и успеха во всем. Спасибо за чудесный дом, отдых и доброе отношение. До новых встреч.

It is very comfortable, clean and big house with good location (about 2 km to the cost, 5 min by motobike) . For us was available second floor with 2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen and bathroom. Owner family is living on first floor, they are very kind and lovely people, was helping us with everything we asked.

I allow myself to call Dananjaya already a Super Host! Staying with him and his family for more than two weeks I can only tell positive things and stress the warm, welcoming, and respectful hospitality I encountered. The communication was always easy and respectful, I received lots of valuable information and amazing support from him and his family, and still I perfectly enjoyed my privacy. Besides my room with AC and the connected bathroom I enjoyed a spacious area on the first floor with a well equipped kitchen for myself. My favourite spot, however, was the hammok between the trees. I can highly recommend the place, e.g. for solo travelling women as I always felt save and well treated but also for families due to the spacious area! I'm very thankful for the amazing time I had and happy to come back again soon.

The staff of the hotel are excellent and we enjoyed the breakfasts they cooked. The pool area is beautiful. We liked the villa itself too. It would be nice if they put a washing machine in the unit. There can be some road noise at night, but not too much to sleep. Overall, we are glad we picked this place.

The house is quite good for this price. Very good location: near product and fruit shops, doctor, gym. Only 20 minutes on foot to Narigama beach or Hikkaduwa beach (5 minutes by tuk-tuk). Great garden with different trees. Gayan is a good host, very kind, could help with every problem.

We (couple, 60) couldn't have found a better accommodation. We stayed for 4 weeks and it was a pure vacation in Champa's house. We lived in the ground floor apartment. The apartment has a terrace where we spent a lot of time and were able to look at the extraordinary vegetation and the exotic animals in the large, quiet garden. The hosts are extremely helpful, not to mention kind! We could contact them at any time. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautiful, we felt very comfortable and safe. One of the most beautiful experiences on our travels, living there and we will come back to enjoy the great atmosphere in Champa's house again!

Finding a place for a long stay and remote work is not easy and I’m happy to say that Rashmika’s home checked all the boxes! It’s basic but has all the needed amenities, ACs in both bedrooms work great, and internet connection is truly reliable. Both of us were working at the same time, on the calls, and never experienced any issues. Family living next door is sweet and caring, but not intrusive. Rashmika’s mum offered us food a couple of times and it was absolutely delicious! On top of that there are at least 5 restaurants within the short walking distance (+ many more a bit further away) offering various dishes (both local and international), and you can also other on Uber eats. To keep our routine, we were going to the gym twice per week and decided to in fact walk, instead of drive, and it was the best decision! 3km one way through local paths, railways, surrounded by coconut palms, banana trees and insane greenery was a great local experience to have! 1 month was not enough!

This home, host and his family was our best thing in Weligama! Close to very calm and pretty beach, close to markets, centre, but more calm, no noises in the night, no smokes near..We stayed there for almost month and we were sad to leave. The host is super friendly, super helpful with every little thing. The best experience, better than we expected. We already miss this place and we know that we will come back next year! Would reccomend 100% to everyone!! ❤️ With all the love!
