Connie’s house was perfect for our group of 4 adults. We loved the 3 bedrooms & the main living area. She even had delicious brownies for our arrival. I had a few questions and she quickly responded and was so helpful and kind. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the town square which has great restaurants & a supermarket. It’s also a short walk to Crystal Bridges Art Museum, the Razorback Greenway & endless mountain bike trails. I highly recommend this property.

The host was fantastic! Super responsive and patient. I had so many questions and the host answered every single one. The home is also nice and spacious.

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

The location of this property cannot be better. You are just a few steps from the square, shopping, restaurants, and groceries BUT it feels peaceful and serene! This place is well stocked, has great storage, has plenty of seating and comfy beds! It is a dream!!

Our trip started on a rough note with a car breakdown and 1am arrival, our hosts were with us every step and very responsive through our arrival. The stay was perfect, the location is close to town, very walkable and rideable to all the local trails. The space is equipped with the basics you need for a stay and despite the walls being thin we had very respectable neighbors. Overall a great stay and would recommend and come again!

Great place in a great location! Very convenient to the Ledger and Downtown Square. Exactly what I was looking for when I was there for work for the week!

Very beautiful setting on Lake Windsor. We grilled almost every night and walked the loop around the community which was so relaxing. Josh had all necessary amenities for an extended stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Pedal Inn 5. 8th St Market was easily walkable with our children for dinner and drinks. They had free plays being performed at The Momentary and the kids enjoyed the large boulder for climbing. It was super easy to access the Greenway and all of the bike trails. We were able to ride bikes to everything downtown had to offer as well. Lisa was great to work with and responded to all of my questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a quiet weekend. Kitchen was very well stocked. Honestly had much more than what was expected. Would definitely recommend to others.

Tory’s place is magical—my wife and I are planning to buy both the bed and the shower that are in the master bedroom. After you stay here you will never be the same (only half joking)

This property was great. It looked just like the pictures and was in a very convenient location, quiet area but still close to the action.

This place was wonderful! Such a great location- could walk to “downtown” area (lots of shops and restaurants), plus there is a little park right next to it with sculptures and easy access to the bike trails. We walked to the farmers market on Saturday morning- was so fun! Had everything we needed- beds were super comfy and 3 bathrooms with showers. We would totally stay here again.

Great place to stay for a few weeks to enjoy the surroundings of Northwest Arkansas. Large two car garage coffee supplied in the kitchen. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Beds were excellent to sleep in.

Condo was very clean and decks were very nice. Kitchen was stocked with cooking needs, pans and a great selection of spices!

Candace’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we expected and more! Plenty of rooms for privacy and they were very roomy besides that!! This was probably the best experience we have ever had!! Thank you Candace for sharing your home with us!

We were very happy with our stay, the row home was exactly as shown, clean, bright and modern; comfortable mattresses and nice furniture. The location was convenient and there was plenty of parking. Alyson and Todd were very proactive when the home we originally rented had a problem that couldn’t be fixed in time for our arrival. They called and got us into an equivalent property. We appreciated having a trouble free stay and enjoyed Bentonville.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The beds were super cozy, and the neighborhood was incredibly quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near shops & restaurants. Our host (Amanda) was friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, super fast wifi, and even a detailed welcome note. This spot felt like a true home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great space for 3 couples to enjoy all Bentonville has to offer. Close to everything and very walkable. Great coffee shop and dining nearby. Clean and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

The townhouse looks even better in person. it's a beautiful place. we needed to reach out to the host for a quick question. they were very responsive and helpful. we were in town for a concert at the momentary and it is super close, easy walk. would not hesitate to stay here again.

A very clean house and quiet location. Like a mile to downtown restaurants and Crystal Bridges Art Museum. It is a duplex, but next door people were quiet and no problems.
