Sleep peacefully in the queen bedroom, with extra space on the double pull-out couch. Explore scenic seaside trails, golf, grab coffee at local cafés, then come back to cook in the fully stocked kitchen (oil, spices, wrap, pans, coffee maker, etc.) and stream a movie with fast WiFi & cable. You’ll love our place because of the location, the coziness, the views, the peaceful setting. Our place is good for couples, solos and business travelers. It is c. 40 mins drive to central Victoria. The Sea Nest - Your Ocean Retreat

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Close to parks, on Galloping Goose trail. Walk to pub or bus stop, 12 min to Sooke, 45 min to Victoria, ferry. Sheltered from storms, on a private cove, the Covehouse has a cedar and glass deck, BBQ, dock, hot tub with view, ocean access. This is a 1969 school bus lovingly converted into a tiny guest house in a whimsical garden space. We are located in a rural residential area near Sooke BC, just off the Galloping Goose Trail. (Km37) Surrounded by stunning beaches, pristine forest and coastal hikes, refreshing lakes and rivers, wildlife and natural beauty galore. A 30 minute drive from Victoria, or approximately 3 hour bike ride if you’re feeling adventurous.
