This was a beautiful residence with a pool and beach access. The pool was shared with 10 villas. Never had problems finding a chair, and the views were amazing. The house was beautiful and large. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of pans, dishes and cups. Many places in the house to hang out. My favorite place was the upper enclosed patio. It was the perfect room to do yoga and watch the sunrise. Definitely, would stay here again.

Okkk first i want to say…Andres was the perfect host! He helped me in every way possible! I booked this beautiful place hours before my arrival! He made sure i was able to have a place to stay during my 4 day vacation! He was very responsive & very fast! I would not lie this home is perfect! The home is beautiful! You will love everything about it! My favorite part of the home is the view! Being able to walk down the pier & sit & watch the ocean! & it’s very private! So it’s only your view! I loved the hammock by the ocean! It was amazing & so beautiful! The pool was also one of my favorites! The home was very very clean it smelled good i felt right at home! The home has balconies so you can also enjoy the view coming from the bedroom! The master bedroom has a hammock out its balcony as well! I loved it soooo much! I’m going to tell you now BOOK THIS HOME! You will love it just like we did! 10/10 10 star stay! Andres is the best THANK YOU FOR BEING THE PERFECT HOST!

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa durante nuestra visita a México, y gran parte de ello se lo debemos a Xochitl y su hermosa casa. Desde el primer momento, nos recibió con una calidez inigualable, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Su hospitalidad y atenciones fueron excepcionales: siempre atenta a cada detalle y dispuesta a ayudarnos en lo que necesitáramos. La casa es simplemente encantadora: limpia, cómoda, con una decoración acogedora y un ambiente tranquilo que invitaba al descanso. Cada rincón reflejaba el cariño y el cuidado con el que está mantenida. Fue el lugar perfecto para relajarnos después de nuestros días explorando México. Estamos profundamente agradecidos con Xochitl por hacer de nuestro viaje una experiencia aún más especial. ¡Sin duda volveríamos!

We loved this place so much! The pool was a highlight! Everything was clean and felt so private and secure. We felt so safe here and slept comfortably. It is amazing that it is right next to a grocery store! Literally, right next to it, we walked right over several times.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et est très pratique. L’arrivée très ludique bec des explications claires. Correspond parfaitement à un logement utiles pour familles ou groupes d’amis. Les point de récupération des activités en bus ne sont pas loin ce qui est très pratique. Bravo à Raul et Elisa qui ont veiller par message à ce que le séjour ce soit dérouler au mieux possible. Merci beaucoup, je recommande 100%

La comunicación con la sra. Ninfa y su esposo fueron excelentes, hubo una situación y fueron en seguida a atenderla; también nos consiguieron algunas cosas que necesitábamos. Llevábamos 2 autos y el estacionamiento es en la calle sin embargo es zona muy segura. Los niños disfrutaron mucho la piscina. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

Todo muy bien con la casa, de acuerdo a la publicación, estuvimos un grupo de 11 personas muy a gusto, muy agradable para pasar el día en la alberca y el jardín, solo que el condominio es muy exigente con sus reglas y poco flexibles con los huéspedes, no permiten la entrada de camionetas, se debe estacionar en la calle principal, aunque es muy seguro, el acceso es muy controlado y en ocasiones puede ser excesivo cuando estás relajado y de vacaciones.

Estancia agradable si vas de viaje a Cancún con amigos o familiares, es la selección adecuada, mike siempre está dispuesto y pendiente, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

We were held up and unable to arrive at the originally set time, and the hosts were gracious and flexible. We were met at the gate and shown to our space with friendliness. The garden paths around the property and the clean pool were a nice way to wind down before bed. It was a short but lovely stay!

This apartment was incredibly clean, and Nairobel was very responsive and clear about how to access the community and get inside. We had zero issues during our stay. The space is large and has everything you could possibly need. Also dog friendly! The only thing is that it's in a private community, so it's very peaceful and private, but there's not a lot within walking distance in terms of food/the Oxxo/etc unless you walk along a busy road. So you definitely need a car if you're going to stay here. Otherwise it's perfect!

This was the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! This place had everything we needed, and it was easy to walk to restaurants, the mall, the park, etc. very short uber ride to beaches in the hotel zone. The pool was great, and the atmosphere was overall peaceful and quiet. I can’t recommend this place enough!

10 min walk to the Isla Mujeres Ferry, Laundry and a couple of Cafes. You will find an atm along the walk to and from the Ferry, an Oxxo (store to pick up water) and many vendors during the early afternoon selling great quick eats. Directly across the street are plenty of restaurants and the best part of this place is that you have little niño beach you can walk to if you don’t want to head over to Isla or other beaches near the hotel zone. It’s a beach with nice water and plenty of locals and at night there are plenty of vendors selling food, desserts, etc. The room itself is perfect to work from since it’s good WiFi, good lighting and no noise. The bed is very comfortable! I enjoyed sleeping on it. Outside I did enjoy sitting around the pool a lot and just sticking my feet in while enjoying some deep conversations. It’s tiny but enough to sit or fit 5-7 around it and within it. Also, it’s safe around the area and I felt great walking during the day and night. Thank you!

Wish I had more time to craft a review befitting of Leon's awesome place. We spent a month there and it was just lovely. My favorite part of the house were the brick dome ceilings. unique and beautiful. If / when we go back to Cancun I'll be trying to stay here. Before I got there I couldn't figure out how the house could sleep 9 people, but it totally can. The main house has one large ensuite bedroom and two other large rooms with lots of comfortable loung-y furniture that could easily sleep 6 people. Then there are two separate apartments with their own ensuite bathrooms. You access these two apartments through the beautiful central courtyard that connects the main house and apartments. Of note, the main house has a second full bathroom that visitors or other guests can use. Location. The house was close to restaurants, the gym, the main mall (Plazas Americas), large grocery stores like Walmart and Chedraui, and a lab - random but super convenient when I got sick. Most things are walkable and taxis are easy to flag. You will be in real neighborhood with a park just up the street. There was a Taco stand just up the block so it was easy to get a breakfast taco if we wanted. We were in town for personal reasons that didn't involve going back and forth to the beach, so I can't comment on that. Speaking of real neighborhoods, there was some kind of club or bar that played music at night. It was noticeable but not loud. I'm a light-ish sleeper and was able to sleep just fine. Responsiveness. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay but Leon was SUPER responsive and got things fixed immediately. For example the water in Cancun is really hard and crystallized in one of the shower heads so the pressure got weak. Leon came right over and fixed it. Same for the washing machine. He had someone come in the next morning and when they couldn't fix it, he took our laundry to a professional laundering service and covered the cost. I could say more but I think you get the gist. I loved it and would stay again.

Martha was away my week but her daughter was filling in . I loved everything about the place . Would have loved a bigger pool can’t exactly swim in the cocktail pool but you can go in and cool off would be perfect for kids ! Her Airbnb is super cute ! I was able to have local friends come visit and just hang out ! And the dogs omg her dogs are the cutest ! She allowed me to let them out and they stayed with me the whole time I loved it ! I will 100% return again !

Très beau séjour en famille. Nous avons réservé la veille seulement, puisque l'endroit que nous avions d'abord réservé nous a laissé tomber à la dernière minute. Margot s'est montrée très proactive et volontaire à nous satisfaire et répondre à nos questions et attentes. Très bel endroit tranquille avec la piscine, des chambres très grandes avec trois salles de bain. Très propre. Plusieurs commodités (cuisine, serviettes de plage, laveuse-sécheuse) et espaces extérieurs parfaits pour des repas en famille. Très sécuritaire avec gardiens et jardins entretenus au quotidien. Dans notre contexte il nous a été utile de louer une voiture pour visiter les plages et la région. Une belle retrouvaille en famille avec deux jeunes enfants ! N'hésitez pas.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gabriela’s casita. The house is larger than the photos suggest and is perfect for two people. The outdoor spaces are amazing and the location is close to public transit and a few food options. Gabriela is a warm and lovely host and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay outside of the busy commercial area to relax.

English review for all my gringos and gringas. This is a great little place with good value for money if you're looking for a more authentic Cancun experience! Only a couple minor issues keep it from total perfection. Cons: -The boiler isn't really big enough for two people unless you shower very quickly. Would likely be fine for one, but the hot water runs out after ~12 min. -We had some issues with the internet, but Isaac was very responsive and active in resolving them as soon as possible. -As you can see, the place is a bit far from the beaches - but it's shown accurately in the listing and it's very close to a bus stop for the R2 that will take you there. Pros: -It's HUGE, and has a great living-room area with a big TV. -Very well-stocked kitchen. -Close to both Chedraui and Soriana for groceries. -The bed is big and comfortable. -Two powerful and quiet working A/Cs. -The neighborhood is very quiet at night. -Isaac is VERY attentive, quick to respond, and accommodating!
