The Villa Amani is located in Labenne, surrounded by the pine trees, on the edge of the Aquitany" Landes" forest, between Hossegor / Capbreton and Bayonne / Biarritz. Atlantic Ocean 3km, watched beach and endless dunes, a Surf Paradise. Numerous Golf Clubs within 30km. All shops and services nearby. Framework: The quiet, the birds singing, the cool of the forest that shelters also by the wind, sometimes the sound of the waves in the background, no traffic (the house is located at the end of a dead end street, without frontside wiew from neighbours) :all the characteristics that make this place unique and exclusive. The house is rightly called "Amani" which means "peace" in Swahili ... Description: 800m2 of fully fenced garden, with swimming pool (submerged cover) 1 "plancha" grill 2 covered parking places. Alarm and remote surveillance. Beautiful structure, atmosphere "inside-out" due to the wooden terrace furnished (120m2). Ground floor: large living room + dining room with open kitchen and pantry, appliances (american fridge,dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, induction hobs, microwave, Nespresso Inissia, kettle, toaster, food processor, "raclette" and "fondue" kit) 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) with wardrobes and bathroom with shower and double wash-basin. Another shower with WC. Free WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, video games, CD/radio player, bluetooth speaker. First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Spacious bedroom storages. Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Appartement indépendant en rez de chaussée au sein d'une maison (où vivent les propriétaires), refait à neuf sur un jardin de 900m2 dont une partie privative pour l'appartement. A seulement 9 mins de capbreton ou de labenne océan. La piscine est chauffée également en avant et après saison. Environ du mois de mai à octobre suivant les conditions climatiques. ATTENTION ⚠️ en ce qui concerne les nuits de juillet la location s’effectue à la semaine du samedi au samedi. Merci

Les espaces de vie permettent d’accueillir 2 familles très confortablement avec 4 chambres, 2 sdb, plusieurs salons, terrasses, coin plancha, pétanque et basket. Superhost depuis 2016, je vous conseillerai selon vos centres d’intérêt pour un séjour relaxant au contact de la nature des Landes. ❤
