Amy has a lovely cottage - great outside space, good sized rooms, well equipped with nice fixtures and fittings, handy parking with EV charging. The location was perfect for a long weekend, and it’s very handy having a nice pub and shop in walking distance. Really wonderful stay - would definitely come back again!

First of all we have to give credit to Ashley who was a fantastic host. Had a minor issue and Ashley responded and dealt with it straight away. It was clear he wanted to ensure his guests had a perfect stay. The cottage itself was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. Extremely spacious and stocked with all the items you might need. The garden and outdoor hot tub/living area is incredible. We were fortunate to have good weather during Easter and I imagine during the warmer months it would be even more idyllic. We had three children in our party and they loved all the space. Location is ideal for exploring the island. We went to The Needles, Shanklin, Sandown, Tapnell Farm and Robin Hill and were never more than 25 minutes away. Highly recommend Ashley's cottage and we can't wait to return one day.

We have just spent the Easter weekend at this wonderful cottage - 4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old, and I have to say that Joel & Gaby’s place near the new forest is absolutely fabulous. Very spacious and ideal if you are looking for a getaway with a hot tub and table tennis in the garden. The cottage is in a great location, about 10 min drive to Paultons Park with peppa pig world so an absolute must for kids. It’s also not far from the new forest itself and Lyndhurst town. It was really tidy & clean, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms stocked with fresh towels. We were left a lovely gift on arrival of fresh bread, milk, eggs and a bottle of Prosecco which was an absolute treat! I couldn’t recommend this cottage more - thank you Joel & Gaby we had a fabulous time and would stay again in future.

Had a great time at the Wisteria Lodge - very clean, hosts were very friendly and was perfect for a quiet getaway from the city. Would recommend!

We have had a wonderful stay . Julia and James are fantastic hosts , always there to help and offer guidance. The cottage was fabulous. Very quirky , cosy and unexpectedly quiet (due to the central location) . We slept incredibly well. My husband especially enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine listening to the water feature. We didn’t use the garden room as only 4 of us but looking to book next year as it would be a great room for the grandparents. Thank you so much James and Julia. The converted stable has been finished to a very high standard and is absolutely beautiful. Fabulous bathroom with a lovely roll top bath as well as an excellent shower. Kitchen finished to a very high spec with all needed utensils in place. Bed was extremely comfortable with great quality pillows & duvet. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, which we enjoyed every day. We were lucky enough to see two red squirrels when out walking early in the morning as well as a barn owl 🥰

Absolute perfection and nothing less! Run like a 5 star resort. Stunning grounds, well thought out extras and extremely cosy. The pond and animals are a bonus as they make the visit feel even more homely. The shop is adorable and such a clever idea. The place was immaculate. Cannot complain one bit. Don’t give it a second thought.

Lovely little cottage. Really cosy and plenty of space. Great pubs nearby all in walking distance, and some lovely walks too. Great place to take the dogs! Thank you for such a lovely break!

We had a wonderful time staying here, the surroundings were so beautiful and every part of the hideaway was a pleasure. The hosts were great and were very patient with our very excitable puppy. This place will now hold special meaning to us as we got engaged in front of the view from the bedroom terrace. Thanks very much for a lovely stay!

Me and my girlfriend loved our stay at Harbour Cottage in Cowes. The living room and kitchen were spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Easy walking distance from the centre of Cowes and everything we needed for our stay. Host was helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. A lovely stay and would recommend! Abby Barletta

We stay in many apartments and houses and without a doubt Lobster Cottage was the best stocked for any amenities, there was nothing Camilla had not considered from plentiful dishes and all the kitchen ware you could consider to excellent linens, DVDs and games. All of this is on top pf the fact that the cottage is amazing. Obviously the place is over 400 years old and has all the quirks that go with a building of this age such as a character narrow twisting staircase all of which add to the charm of the cottage. There is loads of room inside and outside with parking right next to the cottage. We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend Lobster Cottage enough. Thank you Camilla we hope that when we return to the Island we will be able to stay in your wonderful home again

A bijou, charming retreat with a lovely garden to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. We chose Elm Cottage due to its proximity to Goodwood Aerodrome where my husband was doing a Top Gun Experience. Perfectly located for his event. The Welcome Pack for us (and our pooch!) and fresh flowers were a nice touch. A lovely stay.

Peaceful location, annexe equipped with all necessary amenities, great place to stay and lovely location . Slept well , owners very friendly and responsive.

Enjoyed our time at this greatly located airbnb - our second time (different host before) It's in a great spot by the sea and off-season represents great value for money. Whilst selsey isn't a West Wittering etc. it's nice and accessible with some shops and pubs nearby. Recommend going to the fishmongers nearby too! We mostly enjoyed the bath views & sitting at the table facing the sea/cliffs outside

A really great house for our New Forest visit. Managed a couple of very enjoyable gravel bike rides along the coast and through the forest. This is a great base for exploring the forest.

Great little find! Loved the outdoor space where we were able to sit and have food with family. Log burner was lovely in the evening and made it even more cosy. Shower was hot and powerful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will recommend and will definitely book again

Lovely place to stay, plenty of space. Bedroom an especially nice space. Good bathroom, with advantage of an additional downstairs loo. New Forest was beautiful and the cottage is in a really good spot. Surprising downside, an old fashioned, non smart TV. DVDs were supplied, but this did seem a strange oversight.

Cathia was an incredible host and made me feel so welcome. I was staying with my bridesmaids for my wedding and Cathia made the trip extra special. She is super responsive and her place is beautiful! Thank you so much!

Amazing place to stay. Every detail is covered. It is a beautiful, peaceful location in lovely grounds to walk around. Hot fresh pastries were delivered each morning which was a lovely way to start the day. Well location for many attractions. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a great stay at the cottage celebrating my mother in law’s 70th birthday. Natasha was fab and responded to my many queries quickly as well as getting us discounted ferry tickets which was excellent. The cottage was spotless and really stunning. The garden was a particular hit, especially with the kids who loved the swing and watching the ferries coming in. The pictures didn’t do the house justice, it was really lovely. A couple of things that need to be improved - the high chair harness straps were broken so we couldn’t use the high chair as our baby would slide out of it and fall. The beds in the 4th bedroom downstairs were very uncomfortable with springs popping out. The garden was huge, but it would have been nicer if the grass was cut and unfortunately there was dog mess which the children walked in. That said, we had a great stay and would recommend the cottage to others! Thank you ☺️
