The Tiger Den is a one bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment located between Anderson and Pendleton, South Carolina about six miles from I-85. We are 13 miles from Clemson's Memorial Stadium for Clemson football. We are a hop, skip, and a jump to Lake Hartwell, 6 miles to Brown Road Boat Ramp and 13 miles from Portman Marina for your fishing and boating needs. We are also 8 miles from downtown Pendleton, SC and 11 miles from downtown Anderson, SC both have local restaurants and shopping.

Come visit our cute, quaint home located a vast piece of land just minutes from Broadway Lake access where you can cast a line or go for a swim. Spend your time away by our fire pit, grilling on the porch, or simply watching the sunset and occasional deer sightings from covered deck. While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen size bed next to the fireplace is the perfect place to watch a movie or read a book, or enjoy coffee and sunsets from the rocking chairs on the wraparound porch. We hope to see you soon!

This is a waterfront treehouse on Lake Greenwood with a private dock, heat/AC, hot tub, king size bed, & a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom. Take a dip in the lake during the day or at night enjoy a soak in the hot tub on the peaceful porch under the stars. The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.
