Bellingham's downtown scene, WWU and Galbraith Mountain's renowned mountain bike trails are just minutes away. Mount Baker Ski Area is 51 miles up the road. Your guest space is a cozy & bright private, stand-alone 1 bedroom guest house with full kitchen, 3/4 bath, wifi and free parking. Guests have access to 5 beautiful, landscaped acres with a pond. Feel free to roam, relax and enjoy.

SAUNA + Private Modern Guesthouse

Conveniently located in between Seattle and Vancouver BC. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish tiny home which was recently constructed out of a previous carport on the back of our 1/3 acre. Simple yet well-stocked, you should have everything you need to make breakfast or a simple dinner. As a special perk, guests have access to our wood-fired sauna on the property, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring or simply enjoy a slow, peaceful evening.

The Tiny

Enjoy this beautiful setting situated between the charming city of Bellingham and the world class Mt. Baker Ski Area. You'll be staying in our brand new tiny house with views of the eagle sanctuary and within walking distance to the North Fork Eagle preserve, including trails to the Nooksack River. We are 37 miles to the ski area and 20 miles to downtown Bellingham. Perfect for skiing, bald eagle viewing, hiking, biking, dining, and of course, relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

You'll have your own private access and patio to the upper unit. Enjoy a clean stylish space, comfortable beds, Fairhaven Park, beautiful trails, restaurants, shops, a brewery, and a grocery store all just a few blocks away.

Gorgeous modern studio in a forested setting, this is a unique space with thoughtful design. The Studio is a ten minute drive from Bellingham, with seashore and mountain trails nearby. Our special place offers a base for adventure, rejuvenation and re-connection, providing "Il Dolce Far Niente" - The Sweetness of Doing Nothing. * Note there will be construction on the upper part of our property til late April, with minimal impact on Studio guests.

We are in an area that is so beautiful and private along the north side of Chuckanut Mountain. The amount of hiking is unlimited whether it be along the south-side of the mountain famous for its shoreline or the woods, streams and interurban trails. A just built studio with privacy all around it. The studio is just 1000 sq. feet but looks much bigger because of the wrap around concrete patio and covered parking area. Full kitchen addition 2024.

Guesthouse on Wooded Rural Acreage

One-bedroom guesthouse on our forested rural property. Ideal for a single person or couple looking for a casual and cozy retreat. The guesthouse has a full-size kitchen, living room, queen bedroom with attached bath, enclosed laundry porch, WiFi, and large screen TV (firestick media). A private back deck with a fenced in area. Guests have access to the walking paths, visiting with the horses, and the gazebo hot tub, and outdoor kitchen.

Guest House—200sq ft (B&B-permit USE2o18oo1o)

We built the Tiny Guest House for friends and family and love sharing the space with people traveling to Bellingham. The tiny house is within walking distance of both WWU (1.0 mile) and downtown (0.8 miles). The Guest House is quite small (200sf); it has a queen bed in the loft and a full sized futon on the main floor. And while it has NO kitchen, we do offer a microwave, mini fridge, and keurig coffee, tea and cocoa machine.

Bellingham Pond View Cottage

This private little cottage makes a great getaway destination. Enjoy a quiet retreat with serene views of a pond and nature. Relax by the gas stove after a day of skiing, biking or exploring Bellingham. Read a book on the deck while the blue heron fishes or deer stroll through to eat fallen apples. Situated on 5 acres, explore the grounds or cozy up in your guest cottage located across the yard from the main house.
