Three couples stayed at the house for four days. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well equipped. The hot tub is on the smaller end holding three (smaller) people max and no privacy since it is on the deck and faces the neighbors. Only a ten minute Uber ride to downtown. We loved our stay and would definitely rent it again.

Great place to stay!! Close to Nashville but far enough to feel like you’re out in the country. Loved having the lake to go out on as well. Definitely would come back again for sure!

I had the joy of celebrating my 50th birthday—along with my twin sister—with our entire family under one roof: my husband, our parents, two brothers, and their wives. John and Sandee, your home is truly incredible. From the stunning views off the wraparound porch overlooking the river to the beautifully decorated, antique-filled interior, every detail was perfect. The location offered the ideal balance of seclusion and convenience, with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the on-demand hot water—no one ever had to wait for a shower—and the well-stocked kitchen made preparing meals for our group of nine a breeze. The large stove was an added bonus. Thank you for providing the perfect setting for such a special occasion!

Great place to stay, we had a nice fire and the cool rainy night. Very nice. Will visit again.

Lovely, bright, comfortable space, really nice beds, more spacious than in the photos, private and quiet. Very accommodating hosts.

We loved our stay, it was our first time staying in an air Bnb that the owner also lives in. His personal things were not really visible, so it didn’t feel weird, like I thought it would, felt very much like a regular hotel/ air Bnb stay.the parking was great we never had a problem finding spots on the street for our rental van and pick up truck. We Uber’d to broad street and it was fine. We had a great time the place is clean, spacious and affordable. We would rent this property again.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

My kiddos and I were on spring break and wanted to get away. The house was very nice and comfortable. If I had to complain about anything, the only thing that I would complain about is that I had to go buy a can opener lol. 🤦🏽‍♀️All in all no complaints. I will definitely consider staying here again when I come back to visit with my can opener…😜😆🤣

We felt at home and relaxed. Loved the view. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Judith responded quickly with any answers I needed. Very kind! Such a cute place.

Set in a beautifully scenic setting outside the city, it was so green & peaceful. And the drive out to the location was just as beautiful. Plenty of room to spread out in the space & well lit during the evening hours. Felt very safe.

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

Perfect! Convenient location but still a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home with both lovely historical features and modern conveniences.

We had a aleve group in the condo and it comfortably fits more than they advertise it for. The location is perfect for going out downtown only a 12 minute uber ride. Depending on when and where you go it can be anywhere from 10-45$ for a uber to broadway. The actual area around the house is alright but that’s how all of Nashville is. The beds and appliances were cheap and I wouldn’t call it luxurious but for our 3 night stay it was perfect. Couldn’t have been more happy with everything and the host responded quickly and even let us check out an hour late. Would definitely stay here again.

Fran’s place was a lovely place to stay for our short trip to Nashville and surrounding areas. The neighborhood was peaceful, the bed was comfy, everything as described!

This was a great place to stay in Nashville! Close to a lot things to do! Place was super clean and comfortable! Really enjoyed our stay! Really enjoyed the restaurants nearby as well!

We stayed here for a 2 night concert in Nashville. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to Nissan stadium, about a mile. We had our 2 boys, ages 12 and 10, and felt safe walking with them. We were able to walk to Broadway as well as Germantown. The condo was very comfortable and an awesome spot on the river. If and when we return to Nashville we would absolutely check availability here first!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location to the stadium & entertainment district . We would definitely stay here again .

A wonderful place to stay, the apartment was quite central to lots of great activities to do in Nashville. There were lots of recommendations and activities left for you to do so it was helpful if you didn’t know what to do. It created a fantastic base for our family holiday. Thank you.

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!

This was the perfect house for a family get away! Pam was an incredible host and provided us with breakfast, snacks and coffee!! The house was well equipped and had everything you could think of needing! The large family room was such a great place for us to hang out together and the pool was an added bonus! The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds! The basement was the perfect place for the kids to hang out and relax! We would love to stay in their home again sometime!
