Stream Side Getaway in Big Valley

Stream Side Getaway is located in the beautiful Big Valley along Stone Mountain. This house is on the side of a shop on the upper level. We are close to hiking, bike trails, Raystown Lake, Greenwood State park, and the local Wednesday flea market and livestock auction. There is a small tranquil creek as well as a fire pit and sitting area for you to enjoy. S'mores are a must. :) Our goal is a clean, relaxing atmosphere, and we're just across the lawn if you should need anything!

Peaceful Waters Guesthouse Bed & Breakfast

We are located in the beautiful big valley in Amish country. The valley includes tourist stores, produce stands and baked goods, and quilts. We are only 35 minutes from Penn State, Lake Raystown is only 45 minutes, Mifflin Co. airport is 5 min, 3.5 miles from 322. Enjoy relaxing and drinking coffee on the porch while watching the deer and beautiful country scenery. Guests are welcome to give the deer treats. Private outdoor fire pit. This cozy cabin is located in a quiet little town surrounded by Amish, Country Stores, and family farms. It is a perfect getaway for families, friends or those just needing a quiet retreat. We are located about 30 minutes from State College and Penn State University. We are also only about 10 minutes from Greenwood Furnace. There are numerous country stores in the area for you to shop at. The cabin is also handicapped accessible.

The McVeytown House * King Suite * Relaxation ~

The McVeytown House house is located within walking distance of the Juniata River Access Area. Yoder Tourways Bus Garage is right across the street, in case you are scheduled for a tour! And with the railroad right close by you can watch the trains from the living room and also the front porch! There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third has a king bed.
