Enjoyed our stay The house was lovely and very clean!

The place is lovely and located in a great part of the city. Jeffrey was extremely communicative when issues arose due to the guests before us being destructive and smoking inside, and an AC malfunction. These setbacks could have ruined our stay but Jeffrey attended to each matter swiftly and effectively, and was kind to us throughout. He’s exactly the sort of host you want!

Monica was such a nice and responsive host. Her house is beautiful and would definitely stay again.

Overall, the place is a very good place to accommodate many people with its 6 bedrooms. I highly recommend this place for big families. There were a couple of dead cockroaches but I was told this was unavoidable. The host was very strict with the number of guests staying and coming to the property. Any guests that visit must be counted as a guest staying. I was afraid to invite friends over to hangout for an hour due to the 100$ charge. I think this rule can be relaxed a bit. Unless you are holding a major party, visiting friends should be allowed.

The stay was great pool was nice and always warm.. there were enough towels for each guest and more.. separate towels for the pool.. great yard space for working out .. the house over all was beautiful and comfortable

This was the perfect gathering place for our family. So much for the kids to do!! HTX Pad's was so responsive and patient when I asked questions that they had already sent me instructions on! Kind host and perfect - provided extra TP/Paper Towels/Pool Towels/ Pool Floaties/ Make-up Removal Wipes - all the things most rentals do not provide (One paper towel roll and you're on your own is what we're used to, but not here). We loved our stay at Raphael's home. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is beautiful. The location was great also. But the thing that made our stay was the pool. We spent many hours enjoying the pool and the patio area. It made our get away super relaxing. Raphael was a great host. He was very proactive in communicating with us and checking that everything was in order. As for the house itself, it was very clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The theater room was fun for watching movies. I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be sorry.

Quiet area with easy access to NRG area. Secure location. Parking is easy and close but tight in a full size suv.

This Airbnb was exactly what I needed. I stayed here with my friend for a month while I searched for a place to rent. The host, Mark, welcomed us to a clean, spacious, quiet apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. He was very attentive, respectful, professional and made us feel like home. Also, he was very understanding about my friend’s Chihuahua staying with us! We didn’t have any inconvenience of any kind (which usually happens on long-term stays). The instructions were very clear and easy to follow since the beginning. Check-in and out was super convenient and extra points for the keyless door! Mark and the complex neighbors are super chill and will make you feel safe. Glad I chose this location.

Jackie & Jill’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s I stayed in Houston. Stayed almost 3 months and had no problems at all. They were very responsive and helped above and beyond.

When we landed the communication was very fast and descriptive so there was no confusion when we had to check in or wanted to check in early. The house was set up exactly like the pictures and nothing was no more than 30 minutes away specifically from traffic. Checking out was very easy as well. If I needed to stay at this location, I would stay again definitely recommend-especially for the pricing. Due to us coming up the stairs that is something I didn’t like, but that had nothing to do with the Airbnb itself and the host, that is just me being lazy. Highly suggested location!

I highly, highly recommend Brent's place. My favorites: Brand new high-end kitchen cabinets, new appliances. In-door ice and water refrigerator. Deep, walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. Water pressure is nuts! Plenty of very hot water. Will certainly start with his place next time in Houston.

Overall, this bnb was expected as advertised. If you need a simple and clean bnb in a quiet neighborhood of Houston, TX near the Bellaire Blvd area, this will suffice your needs.
