Beautiful, exactly as advertised, awesome amenities, pictures didn’t do justice to how great it was! Host was very responsive. Loved our stay and can’t wait to be back!

We had a great weekend getaway with close proximity to Highland Mountain Bike Park and relaxing time at the cottage enjoying the beautiful view of the lake. Dennis and his wife couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. Sweet local welcome gift, too. We’ll be back!

The house is great, beautiful view of Loon Pond, easy to find, a bit close to the road. The inside is like living in a family home. I mean knickknacks and family heirlooms everywhere. Travel books filling bookcases, grandma's handmaid pierced lampshades; it has all the kitchen utensils anyone would ever need, great game room downstairs, lots of water craft in the garage. While our kids are in the flew the coup category, this is an ideal place for middle/high school kids during summer. Gentle shallow slope into Loon Pond, which is really a good-sized lake. Cathy is extraordinarily responsive (IMHO) our example was a brief issue on arrival, she was about to make a long drive to resolve, fortunately it wasn't necessary, fixed itself! Response time was always in minutes We brought our two border collie dogs (they are like family) and outside, needed to keep them on leash due to road proximity. Our visit was late Sept, and we wanted to mostly go hiking, so did not do any water activity.

We went to Steven’s home on Lake Winnisquam for our daughter’s graduation. The house is direct lake front, stunning panoramic views! The home is beautiful, updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, the washer/dryer convenient on main floor. Gas fireplace chased away coolness of the spring mornings and creates cozy ambiance. Comfy furniture! On the roomy screened porch the furniture is excellent quality. There is a drink fridge and ice maker on the porch for your convenience. The baths and bedrooms were immaculate. We appreciated full size beds. The neighbors are friendly and had a smile when we walked our dog or drove to the house. Great parking spaces, beautiful lawn area with firepit, seating space under the porch, gas grill, private dock, kayaks and more. Lake is pristine. Steven responds very quickly to inquiries and is a top notch host! Great coffee/tea station, thoughtful amenities! Will come again in a heartbeat!

Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great spot in Gifford for a winter family ski vacation. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made our stay for the holidays very comfortable including Christmas stocking treats for our dog.

We had a great time! Tim's place was great. It was cute, with everything we needed, and had an amazing view. We were also pretty close from a few hikes. Tim was very good at communicating and we had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend!

We had a great time. Location and house were perfect for a family gathering (7 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs), plenty of room, lots of games to play, very clean. Don was very responsive and a great host.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Sandra's place is simply amazing. The setting right on the lake cannot be beat. The host provided so many thoughtful little extras that are not typical from an array of spices to bug spray and sun screen. We plan to come back and stay here again in the future.

I was looking for a place to rest and that was perfect I would like to thank Bob for his hospitality and kindness, the place is very quiet, close to the lake, beach, restaurants and other towns. Thank you Bob and Jimmy

This condo was impeccably maintained and was very clean. Even the sheets smelt brand new! We were very pleased with our stay! We had an issue with our tv and the owners were on FaceTime with us late at night to try and rectify the issue without hesitation. 100% would stay here again.

My family and I recently stayed at Chris and Jen’s place for a wedding in Meredith. We were able to walk to the venue and explore the town on Meredith on foot. We also did an amazing hike up Mount Major which was only about a 30 min drive. Thanks for sharing your place! Would love to come again!

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

The place was great. It is right on a river and walking path and very close to town. The amenities were great. The place was clean, and Ruth was extremely responsive.

We were blown away by the kindness of Alyssa. I reached out in advance to see if they had fishing poles my boys could borrow- she had them waiting with bait! She also had s’mores ingredients waiting for us that left our boys overjoyed. The little extra’s meant so much to us! Thank you!

We would definitely stay here again. We were looking for quiet, peaceful, and private place to stay while visiting a nearby relative, and this cottage fit the bill nicely. We had everything we needed, and Bob & Christy are definitely focused on their guests having a great stay. Everything was very clean and in good working order. We enjoyed walking along the lake shore roadside, and even got to meet and chat with a couple of the locals walking their dogs. A big shout out to Toby and his people! A big thank you to Bob & Christy for hosting us, and for wising us safe travels to the cottage and back home again. We hope to stay again at the cottage in the near future.

My husband, 15 year old son and I stayed at Jim & Janet’s cottage #5 last week. I could not recommend it more! We had the best time. The check In/check out process was smooth. Jim & Janet are wonderful, friendly hosts who are super communicative. The location of the cottage was amazing being directly on the lake. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The access to the paddle boards and kayaks was great and made for a lot of fun days. The cottage’s close proximity to Alton Bay is also a plus because it’s such a cute and easy to navigate area with a few restaurants and great scenery. The hosts’ local recommendations were spot on. We couldn’t have asked for more with our stay. The cottage was the cleanest rental we’ve been in so far. We got so much in that we wanted to and also relaxed with the beautiful scenery. It is such a hidden gem! Thank you Janet and Jim! We hope to return again!

We enjoyed a great weekend getaway at this place. Denise was a great host who were helpful and always quick to respond. The house is cozy and clean, perfect size for two adults. It is conveniently located while being private. We kayaked on Paugus Bay and hiked Mt Major. Would definitely come back again.

The Place was Very beautiful, Calm and peaceful! Loved the Paddle boats and The ping pong table ! Very fun and relaxing! Felt right at home !

This cabin was perfect for our Fall weekend getaway. It was cute and cozy, and just enough space for our family of three. We were just able to fit our daughter's pack n play in the second bedroom, and with the beach/lake right outside our door, our baby monitor was easily within range while my husband and I were able to sit outside at night and relax. It was also very close to many local attractions and restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay at summer breeze was exactly what my husband and I needed. perfect little getaway! Denise and Kyle were super helpful and friendly. The place was amazingly clean and the kitchen was just like home! Equipped with everything you need. There is a lot to do in this area. T-Bones had great food as did Legacy cafe. Their little private beach was awesome! Can't wait to go back! Thank you Denise and Kyle for sharing your little gem! it was a perfect weekend!

What a great stay! My friends and I needed a peaceful weekend getaway, and we definitely got it! Beautiful area around the lakes close to some great trails and towns with great restaurants. The space itself was very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this stay!
