Nina (and her family) were incredibly helpful and communicative. They arranged our transportation, took care of small things as needed, helped us book an awesome boat / snorkeling trip when we had a last-minute issue with our existing booking, etc. The house was spacious and perfect for our needs, and nicely located. We had a great time in Caye Caulker!

This was the perfect spot for us for a last minute booking after having trouble with another Airbnb. Audrey helped accommodate our family and her house is fantastic. Carolyn’s place was perfect for our stay! There were 6 adults and we were all very comfortable!! Carolyn was a very responsive and accommodating host! She was so helpful with any questions or needs we had. There is a restaurant, cafe and convenience stores close by!! Our whole group was very pleased! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Belize City!

Casa Esmeralda provided an exceptional stay, offering a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The property was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoroughly stocked with all essential amenities. Gil and Minerva clearly put a lot of care into this property, and it showed. Its prime location allowed for easy access to Caye Caulker's restaurants and attractions. We highly recommend Casa Esmeralda for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

My husband and I, along with two family members got displaced because our flight came in late and we wouldn't make it to the boat to the island. We booked Mr. James last minute and I'm so glad we fell upon this place. very calm, beautiful yard, Ac works great and love all the amenities. Mr. James is super helpful, very respectable and very responsive. it was the best remedy after being delayed and spending all day in the airport. Definitely would be back to this peaceful yard.

Over-delivered in every way! Amanda was quick to respond to questions and requests. The place was perfect - clean, well equipped, fresh. My favourite part was the central location; 2 minutes from the ferry port and surrounded by great restaurants. Very attentive hosts too! Amanda arranged my transport from Belize International, and Jim was right there with his golf cart when my taxi to the island airport didn’t show up. Thank you Amanda and Jim!

We started our trip in Belize at Howler House and it was the best decision. The house was so unique and right on the banks of the river. We spent every night on the deck in the hammock and chairs taking in the surrounding nature. My kids loved the new pool - and spent a few hours there playing. The biggest highlight was the wildlife. There is a small crocodile in the tiny lagoon near the cabins. We ironically named him ‘Big Al’. We also saw a family of howler monkeys right outside our place - swinging from the trees right off our deck. We stayed in the older blue cabin (there are now newer options). And while it wasn’t the fanciest - it met all our needs and felt so different. A huge thanks to Shanna for being a great host. For those who love adventure I cannot recommend Howler House enough!

Great place and location. loved the private rooftop. fun to people watch and admire the colors of the caribbean sea. Restaurants everywhere nearby, including accross the street. The local Manager Celvin picked me up at my first accomodation and brought me to the ferry on my last day which isn't necessary as the ferry is one minute walk. Owner Adam very responsive. Celvin is always available and responds immediately. Such an amazing friendly island. I travelled solo and met some incredible people. Don't forget to go to Bliss Beach, either by boat or bike to the North Island. Bottled water is supplied. Very happy I stayed here my last 3 nights on the island.

Lugar al mar was an excellent location. Clean, good a/c in the room and nice balcony area.

If we ever decide to come back to visit Belize, this will be our choice to stay. The comfy cabin Is at the very end of the island. It was peaceful and being able to sit out on the dock every morning watching the local fisherman go by and as well as sunsets it’s the perfect place to get away and relax. Very close to town by either bicycle or golf cart. We enjoyed our time very much.

super fijne tijd gehad door de goede locatie, het vriendelijke personeel. Het verblijf is ruim en de douche is heerlijk. Goede straal en warm water (niet altijd het geval bij andere verblijven). ze bood uit zich zelf aan dat we laat mochten uitchecken, omdat onze boot pas in de middag vertrok. Ze dachten dus erg mee. Dikke aanrader als je het mij vraagt!

What a sweet spot! Costa Nube is a beautiful accommodation, with everything we needed and more for a week long stay. The upstairs deck is gorgeous and we spent several hot afternoons there soaking in the view where the breeze made it cooler. Shower and bathroom were in great condition, AC worked well at nights. Grateful for the bikes as they (or a golf cart taxi) are needed to get to town (it's about 15-20 min bike on a pretty bumpy road - a good little workout and a headlamp-lit adventure at night!). Aldo and Kolleen were also so helpful with tons of recommendations, aloe for my sunburn, and help getting a taxi when our texts didn't go thru. Thank you for such a lovely time on Caye Caulker!

Clean environment, great location and most importantly felt safe for a solo traveller.

Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat! The photos don’t do it justice. Having the bikes were awesome, bike path out front leads into central area, lots of restaurants. The sunrises are amazing right out front, take your coffee to the private viewing deck on the water. She provides the basics for a few days, we brought our own coffee. She provides unlimited drinking water. The pool was nice and cool, up to 7’ deep w/ a mini waterfall. Super clean and so relaxing/ quiet. Susan is a lovely host and very responsive, she made great recommendations for restaurants. We didn’t cook, but she has all the essentials required, including a gas stove. Enjoy your stay at this lovely property

Hipolito's two adjoining units were just perfect for our group of 10 that spent 7 nights in Belize. The place was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and filtered water supplied. We felt very safe with the locking gates and fully fenced yard. We especially loved that each room had its own bathroom. Both units having a washer and dryer was super helpful for us as well, as we were in Belize doing humanitarian work and had lots of dirty/sweaty clothes! :) We had a little trouble getting into the units when we first arrived, due to having the wrong codes, but Hipolito was very responsive and reset the codes right away. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of one of the bedrooms one evening and he kindly came right over to unlock the door for us, even though it was almost 9pm. Hipolito is a great host and the property is lovely! We will definitely rebook again for our annual trips to Belize City!

L’appartement était très bien situé, avec vue partielle sur la mer. Seul le divan lit était peu confortable et un peu négligé, il pourrait être remplacé! Le wifi fonctionne, mais pas toujours surtout à l’extérieur sur la terrasse. L’ajout d’une machine à café serait grandement apprécié! Au final, très beau séjour !

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

Wendy was absolutely wonderful. I booked this place for my older parents who stayed for a couple months. She made them feel right at home, took care of them greatly, and helped them with whatever they needed. She was so pleasant and kind, and was a pleasure to get to know and speak with throughout their stay. She made their trip and stay comfortable, easy, and care free. Wendy was outstanding. I really appreciated everything she did for them.

Steffi is such a nice person, she was there when we checked in and often at the property to check if all is good and her communication is perfect, only a message away. The condo was well appointed with Anything you need, it is private and peaceful and walking distance from the bustling town. Highly recommended!

We had an AMAZING stay at Steffi’s place! She was so kind and responsive, helped us book a taxi from the ferry, quick to replace water when we needed it. The place itself is great so good to have two rooms with king size beds for two couples as you don’t see that at many places. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was way bigger than we expected! Pool was perfect and the roof rooftop was great for seeing the sunset and sunrise.

It’s a whole new world. You are sad when it’s time to leave the place and people find their way into your heart.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Stuart’s property. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to the Split! Stuart, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Stuart was an outstanding host, always responsive and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, even providing helpful local recommendations that made my trip extra special. The peaceful ambiance of the home and its charming decor truly made it feel like a getaway. I highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Stuart, whether for a short vacation or an extended stay. I would absolutely book again!

Wow did we absolutely love our stay here while in Belize. From sunrise to sunset the views were incredible from our personal deck and even better from the shared roof top deck. Vanzie and Brad are incredible hosts and super responsive with great recommendations on food and help organizing taxis to and from the property. The room was well equipped for cooking and was stocked with essential items like some bug spray, soap, and filtered water. The complimentary bikes were an amazing feature; make sure you ride them down to Bliss Beach for a beautiful serene beach day! We loved our stay so much we didn’t want to leave. We will for sure be back!
