Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

A nature lovers paradise perfect for couples, families or a group getaway. Mountain bikers, Hiking Groups & Birdwatchers will love this place. Kangarutha Farm (100HA) is a hidden treasure, close to Tathra (1.6 km). There are several km's of trails on the property with wildlife including kangaroos, gliders, possums, eagles, and over 100 bird species. The property borders Bournda NP and trails lead to the "Kangarutha Coastal Walk". The Kalaru to Tathra bike path passes the property gate.

Belle Vue´s Red Room - a relaxing escape

Belle Vue´s Red Room. Located 1,2km from merimbula town center. It has spectacular views overlooking Top Lake and Bay, 65 meters above sea level. This BnB is located beneath the owner’s home. There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land. The boardwalk is just a 7 minute walk away. Please Note: Outdoor kitchen with amenities.

Peppers A-Van

Fully set up A-Van sit on the deck and take in the views of Bega valley and brown Mt at sunset.Just a five minute walk down to the river for a picnic, sunbake, fishing or swim. The local friendly farm animals are more than happy to say hello, sleeps three people. Contains one single and one double bed, stove and sink. Toilet, BBQ, washing up water and firepit provided. Merimbula Boardwalk Couples Retreat

This very spacious one-bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor of our house. It's just a couple houses up from the lake and minutes away from the stunning Merimbula boardwalk - 20 mins (no hills) to town and 5 to Sunny's Kiosk. Our property backs on to a reserve where you can hear plenty of bird songs and spot wallabies. There is a small kitchenette supplied with plates, cutlery, kettle and toaster. Please note there is no stovetop.

Superior Cottage 4 Berth (2 Queen)

The 2 bedroom Superior Cottage is one of 21 cottages. It is fully self contained, featuring tasteful decor and fittings. Air-conditioned with Queen bed in the main bedroom and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Separate bathroom, open plan living area with log fire, large flat screen TV, DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine and outdoor gas BBQ. All bedding and linen is supplied including toiletries and a starter pack of amenities.
