The property met our requirements which was within walking distance to my daughter's. A very comfortable property with the space that we needed. Alison was a great host and would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

My family and I have just returned from a lovely stay at Lynwood House. Lynwood House was clean and modern while retaining period features, it had everything we needed to feel at home. It was an easy walk to all the local amenities and some great walks from the doorstep. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful House and would return in a flash.

Tai and Amy’s place was really lovely their place was extremely relaxing and had everything we wanted, They were amazing at communicating with us and was always on hand when we wanted them. Would highly recommend this place Thanks again 😊

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful home with stunning views. All the home comforts you would need. The beds were super comfy - that comfy we ordered the same mattress for home! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the comfy bedrooms. The location was ideal, we took the kids to Gulliver’s Kingdom and Heights of Abraham. Only 5 mins away. Cromford is also beautiful. We definitely hope to stay again - thank you for having us!

We had a really lovely stay here and would highly recommend the house. It’s brand new, beautifully decorated throughout and spotlessly clean. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return!

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

Cara is an amazing host - very responsive and really couldn't do enough to help. Catering to me being useless with tech - came over to help me log on to the internet, supplied non dairy milk, great bread and even offering use of a washing machine as the annexe doesn't have one. The annexe is compact but had everything I needed and is very comfortable - I slept on the sofa bed. It was fantastic for the dogs - through the gate, you walk up the drive through the host's garden to a wooden gate that gives access to the paddocks. the first one is secure for anything other than very small dogs as it is stock fenced on top of the post and rail. The second larger paddock is stock fenced through the hedge line (please be aware there may be sheep the other side) but only post and rail 2 of the sides so only completely secure for larger dogs. Neighbour and host have dogs so when walking up the drive through the garden just be aware if your dog is dog reactive. 100% would recommend + will be back!

Great location and comfy apartment and thoughtful that they had put fresh milk in the fridge and provided cereal and tea. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

Absolutely loved staying here Lovely apartment, well equipped with everything you need and clean. Will definitely stay again! The village itself is great, it’s quiet and has two great pubs. All the locals are friendly and the village is very central to a lot of things. Lots of information in the apartment on things to do etc. WiFi was great as well and it was needed as the signal on our phones wasn’t great but we didn’t mind as it was nice to switch off! Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for having us!

Daniel is easily the best host I’ve ever had. We are two American students who moved to Nottingham for school and Daniel made us feel right at home. He provided endless recommendations, brought us anything we needed, checked up on us, and was always available. The apartment quickly became our home. It had all the amenities we needed: washer, dryer, iron, kettle, fireplace, hairdryer, etc. He even stocked toiletries and the like. The couch is great for naps and hanging around. The location is super convenient with a bus stop right by, grocery nearby, etc. Daniel is a friendly host who loves to provide his guests with a great experience. Would stay again 10/10.

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

Great value and location. Close to city but not noisy at night. Stocked well with kitchen utensils and tea/coffee. Towels provided. Be aware large cars may find it a squeeze in the parking bay (the car beside us had not parked considerably) but there is free street parking after 5. Swift and helpful contact from the hosts.

Svårt att tänka sig bättre läge för att utforska de mysigaste stadsdelarna med dess historia, shopping och restauranger! Vi unnade oss middag på Cosy Club och Vida by Lorentes som verkligen var fantastiska! Närheten till matbutiker och frukostbröd var också mycket uppskattad. Boendet är väldigt bekvämt och lugnt, i alla fall efter klockan 22 då restaurangen på innergården stängt. Innan dess är det ganska högljudd musik onsdag till lördag men det var inga problem för oss. Till och med lite trevligt med bra musik. 😊 Bra med dubbla badrum! Vi uppskattade att det fanns förbrukningsvaror som toalettpapper, diskmaskinstabletter, te, tvål och även Netflix. Parkering i området är väldigt dyr men det finns ett bra (men trångt) parkeringshus ett kvarter bort. Värden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på frågor. Vi fick bra tips om området. Värden och boendet rekommenderas varmt för en familj som vill utforska Nottingham till fots!

Very nice clean apartment would definitely stay again. Only downside is there was a gentleman directly above us who was very loud throughout the night, constantly going in and out at stupid times. Playing music and the tv was loud enough that I could hear it directly below us. Apart from that the stay was fantastic and would recommend :)

After being led down by another property I found this one and was not disappointed. Good value for money, clean and fully equipped. Clear instructions and great come from the host. Beds were comfortable. Location very good, just a short walk to the main road where there are plenty of facilities. Very easy to get a bus to the centre of the city. Would definitely return and would recommend this place.

Maureen was a great host and even provided recommendations of restaurants and activities. Fantastic location for the sites and walks whilst also peaceful. Will definitely book again.

Great place to stay, Sarah and Paul were both very friendly. The space was clean and tidy, there is a private garden to sit in and Sherwood forest is only 15 minutes walk away. There are good local amenities and there is off road parking.

Beautiful peaceful location by the river Trent in secure grounds. John is a great host & nothing is too much. The Waterside Lodge is just perfect in every way. Home from home. I will definitely return.

Clean, convenient, and as described — a good stay overall.

An excellent place to stay and this was a return visit. Didn't disappoint. Will be back next time I need to visit. Handy for everything in town, 5 mins to tram stop, local shops and close enough to walk to the city center. Parking was easy and close and the apartment had everything I needed for my stay.
