We really enjoyed our stay here, very specious and all of the amenities needed! The pull out sofa bed was very easy to put up and the beds were comfortable. Good location, very easy to get to and from the city centre, everywhere walking distance and Martin kindly left a binder with recommendations which was helpful! Thanks for being a great host Martin, would recommend this spot to others looking for a stress free stay in Nottingham!

I spent two wonderful days at Studio Modern Central and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The studio is not only centrally located—making it easy to explore the area—but also incredibly clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, communication with the host was smooth, clear, and very professional. Every detail was handled with care, which made me feel comfortable and welcomed. It was one of the best accoms. we cud ask for. We genuinely had no difficulties with the place. It had more than enough amenities. We felt like we were at home and more. The host was also extremely communicative with an instant response time. The location is extremely central with many options for food and grocery nearby. We thought there would be a lot of noise but to our surprise we couldn’t hear anything. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit.

Stunning accommodation right in the heart of Ashbourne, perfect for exploring the Peak District or chilling in one of the many local pubs and restaurants I will definitely recommend!

Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Great find, accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Really quirky, clean property, and welcome crumpets for breakfast, Thank you Kirsty! Just be aware, there is quite a steep hill to climb to get to the properly if you walk into Matlock. This was fine for us, but could be an issue for some. Great pubs and pizza take away right across the street. We will definitely reccommend.

A wonderful location to stay, beautiful apartment with gorgeous views! Unfortunately had to leave early due to personal circumstances but Kate was very understanding and helpful, very quick to respond to my messages. I would happily visit again if I’m looking to stay in Matlock!

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

Me and my boyfriend booked this for my birthday weekend away and it did not disappoint :) it was a very good apartment, all that was needed was there. Tesco right next to it, shopping centre as well...transportation is also accessible...100% recommend!

Amazing stay here! Hot tub and sauna were great. The place was immaculate and had everything needed :) seriously can’t not find a single fault - we will defo be returning! Thank you so much for accommodating us last minute. X
