Nice basement conversion that they keep in good condition, bathroom is pretty compact but the bed is very comfortable and we had no issues whatsoever just using it as somewhere to come back to and get our heads down over the weekend. Great location within 20 mins walk of the city centre, lovely neighbourhood (with a great plant-based café called Green Routes a few minutes away, perfect for coffee or breakfast out). We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Oxford and would definitely stay here again!

Maria is a fantastic host with an amazing space, perfect for a couple of nights with all the facilities and amenities someone would need. Very accommodating and would definitely stay here again.

We always stay with Gill when we’re over in Bedford visiting our family. Her place is convenient, homely and ideal for us, and is great value for money. Gill is so lovely and welcoming, and she even brought down books and toys for our daughter, and left an Easter egg and bunny for her on the Sunday. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town, thanks Gill!

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Great place with a unique design and lovely wood directly behind it that is great for walks. Family friendly, clean and well appointed. A short drive to major supermarket. id certainly stay again.

I had a winderful stay in the annex. It was just the cozy retreat I needed after a day in London or out visiting relatives further afield. The location is very convenient and Sunita is a welcoming and accommodating host, very mindful of your privacy.

What can I say… literally booked an hour before as felt severely u well at the service station. Super accommodating for me, my husband and our dog Peggy. Beautiful accommodation and superb stay. A wonderful stay in beautiful, peaceful garden setting! Exactly what we were looking for as a family, a quick hop in a cab to the station and couple of fab days sightseeing in London! My wife and I had a wonderful overnight stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – so convenient for accessing trains to London. The self contained unit itself was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout (Elizabeth provided a full bottle of milk, coffee pods and biscuits!). The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Communication with Elizabeth was excellent. They were incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. We felt very well looked after. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect base for our weekend getaway, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé une agréable nuit dans le logement d’Ali. L’endroit est très calme, propre et reposant. À proximité de la jolie petite ville d’Ely qui vaut le détour notamment pour sa cathédrale. Le logement dispose d’un petit extérieur très agréable avec une jolie vue dégagée sur la campagne. Nous recommandons à 100% !

First time staying away overnight with our dog! Fabulous walks over the Greensand Ridge, accessed across the road and only about 50 metres along the road into fields. Lovely village and dog friendly pub. Antlers was lovely, well equipped with great breakfast bits so we didn’t have to think about it and set us up for the day. The mini wine bottles went down a treat in the evening! Nicola provided dog bowel, towel and treats (even though we brought our own) and showed us a lovely area of garden outside the private courtyard we could use for late evening leg stretch etc for the dog. Really loved the place!

I enjoyed my stay at Rangi's annex. The accommodation was perfect for me - private - but I liked the idea of being attached to the main house, in case I needed anything . The kitchen was very well appointed. Thank you, Rangi, for your kindness and making me feel so welcome.

Penny was so kind and helpful from start to finish. The apartment is not that easy to find as you're driving along as it's quite a busy road - I pulled down a side road and walked back to locate it, then moved my car. A car parking space is available to pre-book. There were very clear instructions on how to access the property. I struggled a bit with the key safe but that's because I'm a numpty, and Penny answered my plea for help promptly. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and matched the description perfectly. All essential items provided in a well thought-out compact space. My only niggle was the connecting door to adjacent space made me feel a bit unsafe - maybe some reassuring/explanatory signage might help? Otherwise a great place to stay only 10-15 mins walk from centre of Rugby.

We really enjoyed our one night stay in Theresa’s loft apartment. Very comfortable (especially the bed!) Perfect location with off street parking. Charmingly furnished. Very homely feel. Would definitely recommend!!!
