I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

The holiday home was spotlessly clean and very comfortable - even exceeding expectations. Lauren has thought of everything - we really liked that the handwash, washing up liquid etc was eco-friendly and supplied in re-fillable containers, and we appreciated the cake and biscuits! The caravan is in a lovely location - the park is very well maintained and peaceful, and everyone we met was welcoming and friendly. Communication from Lauren was exceptional. We were provided with detailed information regarding the caravan's precise location, check-in, shop, prior to our arrival and the welcome book told us everything else we needed to know! We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit. Thank you!

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Abbie's place was fantastic for us to meet up with grandparents for a couple of days after new year. The weather was super frosty, great views & sunrise from the house. Good job the heating was really effective keeping the place cosy. Twenty minute drive to Stowe NT for a lovely walk & 5 min drive to the Folly in Towcester for a cracking meal. We're into coldwater swimming and Abbie kindly let us use the pool out of season - first time I've had to crack the ice to get in some water ! The sauna after was amazing & only took 20 mins to warm up. Imagine it must be lovely with the pool in summer. We'd definitely recommend and would like to come back.

Nice little cottage have just booked up to stay again

We had a wonderful weekend stay while visiting family. The house was fully equipped and made us feel right at home. Its location was excellent and wonderfully quiet. We traveled with a baby and toddler, and the surroundings were very safe, allowing us to unwind. The dining area was fantastic, and we enjoyed a delightful family meal there. We will certainly return—thank you! The bread, milk, and toys for the kids were such a nice touch.

The acceleration was great Kitchens’s was well equipped and the hole place was very well presented I had the Ensuite room which was great ,we all enjoyed our stay

Great place to be close to bedford. Commerical photography being allowed is the kicker and we took advantage of that! Only thing id say is. We were worried a troll might be living in the third floor and we couldnt get in haha! Maybe just put a sign saying, stock room or something. Absolutely would recommend and use again

Great place and great area highly recommend

A fabulous property that we used for a family weekend with our children and 6 grandchildren (aged 4months to 10years) . There was plenty of room for them to play inside and outside. The playroom was a great facility which meant that the adults could relax in the knowledge that the kids were occupied and in a safe space. The kitchen/diner had plenty of room for us all to eat together and the lounge was of a good size with more than adequate seating etc. As the property had been recently refurbished it was a spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of a good size and comfortable. We would recommend this property for family gatherings , particularly with young children.

Great place, large space for 7 of us and clean house which was perfect for the 1 night we stayed. Wale was responsive and really helpful - all went very smoothly

Dunbar’s place was ideal for our short stay. We were visiting the area for a family Christmas reunion and needed somewhere to stay with our two young children. The house was clean, comfortable and kitted out with what we needed for cooking, a high chair, a bath etc. We had to pay for on street parking but there was plenty of space outside the house. Thank you Dunbar!

Adele and Tony were very hospitable and made sure our stay was comfortable. The house and the gardens are beautiful, spacious and well looked after. This house has all the amenities you could ask for and more. Tony made sure that he addressed any concerns we had very quickly and even though Adele was on holiday she made sure to communicate with us very efficiently. We enjoyed it so much we booked an extra night. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be back.
