I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for your generous hospitality during my recent visit. Your kindness, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome and comfortable. It was a pleasure spending time with you, and I sincerely appreciate everything you did to make my stay so enjoyable.

We needed a pet friendly place while our house was being worked on. Gretchen's place fit the bill perfects. Gretchen was very accommodating working with our schedule and making the stay perfect for us. Gretchen communicated well and always got back with us promptly if we had any questions. The house was clean and as described. Will not a vacation for us it did provide a lot of local convenience and was perfect for our needs.

This location was perfect for our group, we had plenty of room to spread out, and it was super close to shops and restaurants!! And Dennis was quick to respond if we had questions about anything.

Our stay at Mariah’s home was way beyond our expectations! If we could give 10 stars, we would! Her home was spotless and she had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay here again when we come back into town.

This was our second time visiting the property and we had a great time. The host was very responsive we added a couple of days to our visit and it went very smoothly. The views from the property are great and walking distance to the Winchester town square. Very dog friendly with a great deck over looking the Tim’s Ford water. We will definitely stay again and experience the property in the summer season. Highly recommend.

Matthew’s place was great for our short family meetup. The neighborhood was peaceful and walkable for our dog and a bonus was the fenced back yard. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Cozy, quiet, and clean. My parents came in town with their 4 dogs and stayed here and absolutely loved it! They will be back and will hopefully be able to stay here again.

Joel and his family were wonderful to deal with. I had my parents staying in town for 4 weeks so we rented this cozy little spot near my own home and close to downtown Franklin. It was perfectly nestled right outside downtown across from our favorite park, Pinkerton. The unit had everything we needed, was clean and Joel had strong communication with some of the things that popped up in our 4 week stay. I highly recommend you rent this unit and am grateful to have found it!

I’ve stayed at PLENTY of Air BnB and this one is by far one of my TOP 3. The home itself was very warm and inviting but the hosts were the cherries on the Sundae. Two of the most peaceful and graceful people walking this Earth. I was blessed to have stayed at this location, for it provided more peace and love than I expected. For that, I AM truly grateful. Thank you Emily for letting us book your Airbnb. Your property was amazing & perfect for a relaxing Easter weekend with my husband & adult sons. Very clean and inviting. The kitchen was excellent to cook in and well supplied. We gathered at the island for meals & sat on the patio with the gas/wood fire fireplace at night. In a gated community & only a few miles from the marina! It was just perfect! Thanks again!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s gorgeous house on the farm! From the moment I arrived, Tina was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even had a separate hair salon onsite, which was such a unique touch! I also got to enjoy fresh eggs from her chickens – such a treat. The animals were all so sweet! Her three dogs were lovable, and her chickens added a charming touch to the farm. Her Border Collie quickly became my favorite – super friendly and affectionate. As for the second grey cat… let’s just say he’s a bit of a brat, so maybe keep your distance! The property itself is stunning. The soaking bathtub was pure bliss, and the walk-in shower was perfect. The farm is incredibly serene, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. I absolutely loved the enclosed porch that overlooks the countryside – the perfect spot to wind down and relax. The only minor downside was the WiFi – it wasn’t the greatest, but it still worked. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and

Absolutely awesome location and home. kitchen is absolutely awesome and has all you need. There are 3 bedrooms and a loft bedroom that is right outside another bedroom. So plenty of private spaces for guests to be at alone or in the commons spaces. Outside there is the front patio with rockers, a fire pit and chairs around that, a table and chairs and then the loungers around the pool. So much space to spread out in. One of the neighbors is out daughter's advisor at Sewanee, so that was really neat. Easy access to both Winchester and Mont Eagle. No issues at all, and hosts replied very quickly with questions we did have and checked on us also. Definitely will return!

We really enjoyed Korina’s place. It was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything you may need. Beautiful private neighborhood sitting on the lake. Korina was a great accommodating host. Recommend it highly!

Rock Hill Retreat is a great place to get together with family and friends. It was truly a home away from home. The spaces offered great opportunities to visit and play games. The kitchen was perfect for large groups and the fire pit was wonderful for smores. The jacuzzi was really great with strong jets (even though it was cold outside). The workout room and sauna were well utilized and the walking trails up the hill were fun as well !! All in All a very memorable experience.

Charming house just around the corner from shops and restaurants! It was peaceful and quiet, despite being right in town. The hotub has a privacy screen, so it felt comfortable to use anytime of day. Great back porch with a variety of seating. Lots of coffee provided, which I appreciated.

Beautiful property - the pictures don’t even do it justice. Perfect for first-time campers, or in my case, getting your dog used to camping. 10/10 recommend!

Southern Comfort Oasis has everything you could possibly need during your stay. The bathrooms had Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and plenty of towels. The kitchen had cookware, dishes, and was very clean. They also supplied a good deal of dishsoap, dishwasher pods and garbage bags. The beds were very comfortable and there's no shortage of extra blankets. We had perfect weather for enjoying the patio, outdoor bench swing and hot tub. Two grocery stores, a gas station and Dairy Queen are all very close. The communication was very clear and check-in was easy. The owners were quick to respond with our messages. Peaceful and quite neighborhood that checked all our boxes when traveling with kids.

Home was the nicest little place I’ve booked yet. Walked in feeling at home yet that I was the first to ever stay there it was so clean!

This was a great stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town yet minutes away. The cottage was clean and tidy with everything you could need for your stay. Mackenzie was very accommodating to any needs and super sweet. Thank you for a lovely stay. ❤️

What a lovely spot this was for our stay! There was not only plenty of room, but also easy parking and extras such as a hot tub, pool table, fire pit, washer/dryer, Keurig and more! The charm of this historic home matched the charm of Wartrace and Bell Buckle! We were so pleased to have found it!
