Had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

It is the biggest relief when the pictures and description matches the listing. This home not only was exactly to the pictures and description, it felt like you got more than you hoped for. Absolutely beautifully remodeled and plenty of space for your family or multiple families. CLEAN! Beautiful views, and the deer every morning were a bonus. Matthew and Loretta's property was amazing for our annual "college friends" weekend. This was a family trip for 15 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the kitchen, it was well stocked with everything we could have needed. Loved sitting on the porch around the fire pit. The views are absolutely beautiful. So quiet and peaceful, had the best sleep of my life. Everyone wants to go again next year! The house was just as pictured. The surroundings were stunning. It was so quiet and peaceful.

We chose this home because it was at the mid point between where we and our grown children all live. There was plenty of space for our family of 14 to spread out, and enough bathrooms and showers to give each family unit their own space. We enjoyed games in communal spaces together while others found quiet nooks for relaxing on their own. Great wi-fi never failed us—even while streaming movies, online gaming, and attending live meetings. The stream out back was a favorite place to play as was the large backyard. We loved quiet mornings on the porch listening to birds, and I spent hours rocking my grandson on the swing below the porch. Check out was easy with only minimal housekeeping tasks. Overall, this was a great vacation for our family to be together and make enough memories to last until next year.

It was a joy staying in this beautiful home. It was perfect for the nine of us, three of which were children, one of which was a baby. The dogs loved playing outside. We found the home clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with all we needed & more, and spacious to meet the needs of our large family. The brand new deck is a great addition and the mountain views were spectacular. We even had snow for our last day and night. Kierra was spectacular in responding promptly & professionally to any questions that we had. We were able to easily get to Bedford to visit my Mom in a nursing home, within 30 minutes. We also enjoyed eating at Jean Bonnet just outside of Bedford, as well as Traditions in Martinsburg, 30 minutes away. Our boys went skiing 1 hour away at Seven Springs. We also took a day trip Gettysburg (2 hours away). We created memories to last a lifetime. Thank you for opening your lovely home to us for the holidays. God bless you. The Stigiles

We keep coming back not only because Bedford is a convenient location for us, but because the house is exactly what we need in terms of plenty of beds and lots of living/ dining space. The character of the farm house is traditional, but it is clear of clutter for guests. Ann’s house has extras like foil and coffee and a great outdoor fire we want to use if the weather will cooperate. The house
