Tim's place is beautiful and great for a family or a small group of friends. the views are breathtaking and aside from 1 neighbour(who was not there the whole time) it is a very private location. the place was spotless clean when we arrived!! we had some issues with sleeping arrangements as we got extremely unlucky with the weather while we stayed and were hit with cold fronts and rain. Was way too cold to sleep in the bunkie and unfortunatley there is no heating in there. I would say 6 people max to reach max comfortability in this cottage. We will definitely be back here with a smaller group and no baby!

It’s a great place to escape from the city, my boyfriend and I had a great trip here. They also gave really clear instructions and it was very easy to find.

We kayaked and canoed around the lake several times, enjoying the wildlife—turtles, herons, ducks, loons, and frogs. The BBQ worked great, and Verona offered everything we needed, including good food at Muddy Waters Restaurant and treats at a local bakery and Kawartha ice cream shop. Loved our stay at this cute little cottage! The views were stunning—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing at the end of the day. The place was super cozy and had everything we needed. Andrea was really responsive and made everything easy. Would totally come back! The views from the living room were amazing. We watched the ducks and geese swim by all while sitting on the couch.

Incredible stay with my husband and son at The Ledges. Could not have asked for a more perfect and serene getaway to a beautiful setting enriched with so much history and things to do and see. Truly enjoyed the property and every bit of it was so well decorated and comfortable. LOVED the bathroom, loft, fireplace, and opening the upper window in the morning to the most serene view. We hope to return soon for more true quality family time!

The Happy Place cottages are lovely. Our group of 5 stayed in the Explorer cottage. Excellent use of space and very nicely decorated. The view and the surroundings were so peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the dock talking then have a beautiful fire. There was another group staying at the Dragonfly who joined us at the fire. It was a nice sense of community. Every one is us said we’d come back again

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s home. The home was very comfortable and spotless, complete with all the amenities we needed and more. Jennifer was extremely responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The home’s location made it easy for us to visit different towns in the area as well as catch the boat ride to Boldt and Singer castles.
