We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredibly clean, perfect size, and exactly what we needed for this weekend at the beach. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and could not be easier. The neighborhood is quiet and lush. Obviously with all locations in HH it is bike-able too. Excellent experience.

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We always love our stay here. Great place for a small family and we love and fenced in yard for our dog. And Claudia is always quick to respond and makes sure your stay is great.

Perfect! 3 pools and right on the beach. Condo was lovely and convenient to restaurants. Great recommendations for coffee, dining, and activities. Clean and quiet. Host was very quick to answer questions. Would love to stay again! A+++

We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head at Seascape. Our hosts Jane and her sister Kathy were helpful and communicative from start to finish. The place was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The condo is surrounded by trees, ponds, and pretty wooden bridges. Wildlife abounds. Seascape lends itself to a peaceful place to unwind after a day of golfing or exploring the town! Since the beach is so close, we enjoyed morning walks there. There are restaurants a short walking distance away. The house had everything we needed, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-situated, quiet condo in Hilton Head with all the necessary amenities...a few minutes walk from the beach and a 15-20 minute drive to numerous different golf courses. This house is super cute! We absolutely LOVED all the outdoor entertaining spaces, porches, decks and garage area. Walking distance from the beach and in a perfect location. This house was perfect for riding out tropical storm Debby. The house was one of the only houses on the island whose yard was not completely flooded. At one point during the storm we looked outside to see a ton of deer riding out the storm with us in the yard. We will definitely rent again.

We had a lovely stay. Place was very clean, simple, comfortable with everything we needed. Loved being right on the beach. Crissy very responsve to answer any questions we had before our arrival and while we were there.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

It seemed a bit pricey for this time of year, but we love the house, this is the second time we have stayed there

Great house for a large group, we enjoyed ourselves. We were 16 adults and the house felt at capacity, stretching for more people wouldn’t be best. Host was great, communicative, house was clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends. It’s a really well appointed house, super clean, spacious bedrooms and a great garage that makes coming in from the beach easy. And the kids loved the warm pool. The local beach was beautiful and we had a great time biking all the paths.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

I rented Diane’s place for a sister weekend, and it was perfect! The neighborhood is very quiet (except for the ice cream truck that comes by twice a day!). Minutes to the beach, with lots of spaces to hang out (inside and outside), and a well-appointed kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for much more.

Loved this place, beautiful view, very clean and tidy, everything looked exactly as pictured, smart tv, WiFi, beach access, close to all the shopping and restaurants, owner even recommended his favorites to us before arriving, would definitely love to come back and stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Steve and Jenna’s. Perfect for a family, easy access (walkable) to the beach. The location was great, the resort full of charm. We were very close to a tennis court, and the pool was easy to locate. Would definitely stay here again.

My Husband and I loved this gem of a place. The location is perfect. Beautiful views of the ocean from the 3rd floor. The condo was very clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Craig was kind and responsive. This place surpassed our expectations and we truly had a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely PRISTINE and extremely comfortable! Little thoughtful touches included an amazing gift bag and a detailed, thorough welcome binder chock full of helpful local suggestions and lodging/complex details. Quite obvious that the hosts truly care about providing an enjoyable experience to their guests! We would stay here again if we have the good fortune to visit beautiful Hilton Head Island again!

This was our first time to Hilton Head Island and this place checked all the boxes! Oceanfront, beach, walking and biking paths, and very peaceful and quiet.

We had a great stay! The only downfalls were the floors could’ve been cleaner, there was only 1 beach chair and the listing had 5 beds, there were only 4. I planned to take 4 teens(who don’t like sleeping together), but we had someone back out, so it worked out(maybe just update pics). This was a main selling point for me initially though. Positives include the privacy, great walkway to the beach, the restaurant on the beach was great, location was perfect, the linens/beds were clean/comfy, and the indoor activities were convenient. As an improvement, maybe explain how/where to get into the buildings because the upper levels are not connected to the middle activity area inside. I liked being able to give my teens some freedom to hang out by the indoor pool/hot tub alone without worrying about them being out & about alone. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and polite, the rates were good, would recommend!
