Fire pit Beach day necessities for all ages Shower only Smart TV's in all rooms Mini Split/AC on main level, the 2nd floor can get warm in the summer, there are fans. Technically sleeps 5 with an ideal mix of adults and children(couch or air mattress for the 5th). 4/5 adults would be too much. Minimum night requirement. For couples, friends or family - relax, play, retreat! :) In the SUMMER the capacity goes up to 12, with a 3rd BEDROOM & GAMEROOM! The summer also has BBQ & DINING, a big BACKYARD with FIRE PIT and a PEDAL BOAT too!

Relax in this cheerful cottage just a minute walk to the beach and walking trails. A double-lot with a firepit and deck allows for backyard games, evening fires, and relaxing in the hot tub. This cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, a spare bedroom with double bed and a hide-a-bed for extra guests. Situated in the heart of the town, you will have quick access to a local grocery store and park (2km), 2-18 hole golf courses (6km), Shediac, Parlee beach and restaurants (11km).

You can enjoy the stars on a clear night sky around the fire pit or in the comforting warmth of the spa. The large deck offers plenty of space for your workout session or your grilling skills! The gazebo is a great place to sip your morning coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to a tranquil beach and conveniently located near the beaches of Parlee (Shediac) and Aboiteau (Cap-Pelé).

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.
