Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Beautiful backyard private access to the beach for a quick dip or some kayaking! Both bedrooms have excellent views of Commercial Street for parade and people watching, and super comfortable Casper mattresses for a great night’s rest. This location can't be beat, welcome to the heart of PTown!

The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Steps from the beach, shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and galleries. The studio offers large waterfront decks with chairs for lounging and an outdoor shower to complete your beach front vacation! Parking is not included, but you can find parking info on the towns website.
