Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Situated behind the main home with its own private entrance off the garden is a wonderful and private one-bedroom studio fitted with modern quality furnishings throughout, including a kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. The room has under-floor insulation and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. Free unlimited broadband is also provided. The room can comfortably accommodate two adults and spare (portable) beds can be supplied for an infant (up to 3 years) and a child.

Our small townhouse consists of an open plan bottom floor with kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The lounge opens up to a small but private backyard which gets plenty of sun in the morning and afternoon. The top floor has the bathroom, an office with desk and monitor and the master bedroom with a queen size bed. Hobsonville Point has all the amenities you need within walking distance including two supermarkets, cafes, a microbrewery, and a ferry to the central city.
