Stunning house in Hampton walking distance to some of the areas best cafes. Alex was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We used the house for a corporate business planning session. The multiple spaces allowed for great collaboration and connection. The house is stunningly decorated, perfect for many combos from families to corporate or a girls weekend away. Comfy beds, great spaces. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Would be even more amazing in summer when it’s not a 0 degree Melbourne day!

As per the listing, the house is very comfortable and nicely furnished, and located near a great shopping and restaurant strip as well as public transport. A well stocked staples pantry and well equipped kitchen made self catering very easy. Rebecca was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay at Herittage Charm

Joshua’s house is in a great location, walking distance to all the great restaurants and shopping on church street. The train station is super close also if you don’t have a car and need to get around. House was clean and felt like we were right at home. Thanks for having us!!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. I stayed at Mark’s house for three months whilst my home was being renovated. I live in the area and this house was perfect for my adult son and I. I knew the local shopping area which was a short walk from the house. From day one I felt very comfortable and we basically moved in and made Mark’s house our home whilst we were there. We cooked dinner every night as the kitchen was well equipped with utensils etc. I felt very safe living there. Would definitely recommend to visitors.

We had a wonderful stay at Ken and Jo’s property - a beautiful, comfortable, tastefully appointed, spacious and well equipped family home in Beaumaris. My family and I have stayed in multiple properties in Beaumaris and this one is by far the best. Highly recommend. Look no further if you’re after a comfortable, clean home in Bayside in a great location. It is close to the concourse, parks, beach, Southland shops and golf courses. We look forward to returning, thanks Jo!

Dylan's apartment was well located for our mother - daughter shopping trip to Melbourne. We were right near the Queen Victoria Markets and a tram stop (in the free zone), but also a manageable walk into the main shopping precinct when we felt like walking. The apartment was just like the photos and we loved having our own bedroom and bathroom - no need to share when getting ready to go out. The little kitchen and sitting room were also nice and cosy, so we were able to stay in and have our own little movie nights (my daughter is under 18 so we weren't after nightlife etc.). Although we didn't use the pool or gym- which was well equipped, it was good to know we had access if we chose to use them. Highly recommend!

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

We are so glad we found Nura’s place & that it was pet friendly! It is so close to Marvel Stadium, tram right out the front and supermarket across the road. The apartment is big enough, beds comfy and building has great amenities as well. We wished we found this place first & spent all our time here whilst in Melbourne.

Nice little apartment in a good neighborhood in CBD. Communication was fine, as well as the apartment itself. Super clean, and everything whats necessary was there. We'd definitely book it again. Only drawback: Sometimes there was a disgusting smell (probably from the drain).

Peter was a great host and the place was very very good. We enjoyed the spa, pool and the space. House is very well done and is good modern design.

We had a great stay in Dan’s place would definitely stay here again if we came back. Location was great, and nearest tram stops only 5 minutes walk away which takes you straight to the city or to the beach. Apartment was very clean and hosts Dan and Rene were very responsive to our messages when we had any requests. Only issue is that we would have preferred a view of the park but overall was a great place to stay. Thank you Dan and Rene.

A lovely and cosy house, not too far away from nice cafes and the beach. The house was spacious and clean. The host provided clear instructions for a seamless check-in and check-out.

Peaceful, easy to connect but microwave would help.
