Very cozy place ,the family welcome and show as the place, very close to the airport , and we felt like home 🏠, in front of the millennium mall you fined all you need , the location has a free parking , very happy 😃 to stay

ben ve nişanlım, mahremiyete önem veren bir çiftiz ve ne diyebilirim ki osman bey harikulade bir ev sahibi. eğer çift olarak izmirde konaklayacaksaniz bir defa dusunmeden direkt Osman beyi tercih edebilirsiniz. muhit ve çevre oldukca güzel tamda çiftler için insaa edilmis adeta :) yardımları için osman beye teşekkürlerimi sunuyor , birdahaki konaklamada kendisini tercih etmek için sabirsizlaniyoruz ...

We had a great stay! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and with a lovely outdoor area and patio that we really enjoyed. The owner was very attentive and helpful, promptly providing anything we needed, such as a fan. Note that the two bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor, which worked well for us. Having a car is definitely recommended for getting around. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Love from Malaysia!

ismail abi bizi cok guleryuzlu karsiladi.evin alt katinda yasamasina ragmen ayri bir evde kaliyor gibiydik. Fotograflardakinden daha guzel bir ev. evin onune arabnizi park etme de herhangi bir sorun yasamadik. Kendi evimizde gibiydik. bahcesi ve balkonu bize huzurlu bir konaklama saglatti. Her sey icin tesekkurler.Tekrar gelecegim bir airbnb oldu.

Betül hanım her konuda çok anlayışlıydı. Evi çok beğendik inanılmaz gizel dizayn edilmiş, otantik, tatlı bir ev. Yeri izbana, sahile, vapura her yere çok çok yakındı. Tertemiz ve çok düzenliydi. Bundan sonrası için de kesinlikle tercih etmek isteyeceğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Betül hanıma teşekkür ederiz :)

Good place to stay in the Nergiz neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and clean. There are 2 ACs which is important in the summer. The kitchen has all the stuff you need for cooking. The place has a good Internet connection suitable for remote work. The utilities were very affordable. Thank you, Deniz and Dogu for your hospitality.

This was the first time I didn’t Book a whole flat for my Trip, and I absolutely loved it. Leyla was the nicest host, her place is very central, easy to teach by public transportation. She is very helpful and catering towards her guests needs. It felt like a home and not like a stay in a random hotel/airbnb. The only nice thing would be a chair on the balcony so that one can sit outside but other than that I loved having someone local to ask questions to.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was kind and helpful. We would love to come back!
