Great location with free parking and beautiful views. Downtown is a quick 10 minute drive. Please note, it is the top floor of a duplex.

Great forest escape in the mountains. Our house offers space to come together as a family, slow down and enjoy nature. The fresh, cool mountain air is refreshing and inviting. Like most mountain homes, our house does not have AC as the breeze keeps the house cooler. During those unseasonably warm times, the box fans in the windows keep the air flowing and trips to the lake or river are just perfect! We have upgraded our internet and are averaging speeds over 100 MBPS.

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!

3 bedroom 2bath home on paved road 5 minutes from downtown Durango. Owners live on this 5 acre property adjacent to the rental house. Beautiful canyon on Lightner Creek Road. Trails and multiple tourist destinations in close proximity. pets are allowed, (we have two large dogs on the property),must not leave your pet(s) unattended, extra cleaning fee also required
