Felt just like home! Good location, the neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. Even though we were on the first floor we still had so much privacy in our balcony. Jennifer was an amazing host, very polite and communicative. We really appreciated her. Great stay for the price!

Thank you for a great stay! It was all that I needed and more. Peaceful with all amenities and then some. You have done an excellent job at thinking of every detail to make guests feel right at home. And I did. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe. Love the seating area outside for morning breakfast especially. Enjoyed the peace and privacy. To confirm, there is hot water and I enjoyed the hot shower. Helpful note given by host, let the water run for a few minutes so it can warm up. It’s like a 5 min warm up. The home is less than 5 min from a main mall, Plaza del Sol so you have many food and shopping options and attraction, like Parque de Las Ciencias nearby. It’s also just about 15 min to San Juan area. The host was so helpful, pleasant, and readily available to answer questions. I would definitely choose to stay there again! Thank you!

Great place in a great location next to the Honda Center tennis Courts (Centro de Tenis Honda)

This was an amazing place and I would recommend. Very clean and the neighbours are very kind. The area is calm and also close to a bunch of things you may need like a supermarket and big chain restaurants like chick fil a and food trucks.

I was there to attend a funeral. Alberto was informative and willing to come to the property anytime if I needed something per his requested for any reason as he stated. Very pleasant person I felt safe and at home.. Thank You Alberto for making a sad visit a pleasant one, I will be back only i will go for vacation next time..

Our stay at La Casita De Loló was perfect from the moment we stepped in. Check in was super smooth and we felt right at home. The house was a perfect distance from a majority of the excursions we decided to do. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would for sure come back!

The place was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in. My wedding was just a 2 minute ride away and everything ran perfectly. Amazing place with outstanding hosts! The location was perfect—centrally situated for easy trips to Old San Juan, El Yunque, and Arecibo. The space was exactly as described and accommodated my group of six perfectly. After a long day of adventures, it was the ideal spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!!!

This place was perfect. it was a valentine weekend getaway. the place was clean smelled clean linen clean. located in a great area. I walked to Walmart and there were a lot of restaurants & movie theater located near by. it was a quite neighborhood and I enjoyed not being with a lot of tourists. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Rosemary’s Airbnb. Highly recommend. Great location and amazing views from balcony. Washer and dryer inside the unit makes you feel at home.

Ruben’s place was very nice and as pictured. The view was amazing. Any issues was quickly resolved by Ruben super fast to respond. The hot water does take a while to heat up but it stay’s hot for a while. Security is really nice here and it’s a very safe place. Places to eat and drink with in walking distance. Uber rides to get around are super cheep. Pool was nice and chairs were available. Turtles snails and iguanas can be seen by the pool area. The kitchen I can’t speak for I didn’t use it at all. The fridge has a britta water container in it and also ice in the freezer. Washer and dryer was a bonus. Light sleeper bring ear plugs. You can hear all the outside noise but I loved it. Bed was comfortable.

Jhensen was very responsive, helpful, and flexible as we had to leave one airbnb at 11am and he allowed us to check in early. The hot tub was very clean and a great way to end the night. Loved the area, felt like home.

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

Great location. Easy to find. Beautiful view from the villa and it’s a corner suite which was nice. Pool and hot tub were lovely. Scootering to OSJ was so easy and convenient. The little local restaurant nearest the villas is so yummy-“tropical souvenirs”. Easy to communicate with hosts. 15min from airport. Everything was great! Would totally stay again.

The secret spot was exactly as described. It was clean and easy to get to. Paola was responsive and friendly. It's a cute little spot if you need somewhere to stay for a few days. The hot tub may not get very hot but overall I would recommend.

Stayed here for a couple of days. Really loved it. The place was clean and it’s located in a safe area. Not to mention that there are security guards in the lobby and not everyone can enter the building. The security guards were also really nice and offered recommendations on where to eat and visit. I would definitely stay here next time.
