Colin的房子非常的漂亮，后院的绣球花开得很好，院子足够停2-3辆车的空间，位置很安静，强烈推荐大家来住！首先他非常热情，我们虽然没见到Colin，但是有问题他能够及时回复，感谢他给的私密性。进门时看到厨房放的新鲜水果和果汁，冰箱里还给准备了新鲜的牛奶，孩子们和老人们都太开心了，特别适合中国家庭做饭。其次用品很齐全，还配有儿童的书本和游戏棋。最后退房当天由于大雨，Colin还让我们延迟退了房。是个非常好的房东了。 Colin's house is absolutely beautiful, with hydrangeas blooming splendidly in the backyard. The yard has enough space to park 2-3 cars, and the location is very quiet. I highly recommend staying here! First of all, Colin is extremely hospitable. Although we didn’t meet him in person, he responded promptly to any questions we had. We really appreciated the privacy he provided. Upon entering, we noticed fresh fruits and juice in the kitchen, as well as fresh milk in the fridge—both the kids and the elderly were thrilled! The house is especially suitable for Chinese families who love cooking.Secondly, the amenities are very well-equipped, including children’s books and board games. Finally, on the day of checkout, due to heavy rain, Colin kindly allowed us to delay our departure.

Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely apartment overlooking the water. Despite the weather being foul, the apartment was warm and cosy and so easy to relax in. I was working all day away from the apartment but so good to come back each night and relax. Bed very comfortable and no ‘neighbour noise’ of any sort. Great responsive host who was easy to communicate with. Would throughly recommend 11/10!

Great location very close to lakefront . Lovely view from apartment and spacious inside . Comfortable, well equipped and cozy. The mineral thermal pool was a novelty and very nice on a cold night after mountain biking .

Lovely little gem with easy river access for fishing and long dog walks. Trevor has great local knowledge and tips! Really enjoyes our 2 nights there and wish we had booked to stay longer!

Absolutely beautiful views and a lovely little place. Was perfect for our short stay. Loree was lovely, very friendly and helpful. If we find ourselves back in Waihi Beach we will definitely be staying here again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway, and we especially loved waking up early to catch the beautiful sunrise nearby. Our host was super responsive and kind, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches around the house and how peaceful the surroundings were.
