Everything was ok with the accomodation and the communication we had with Piero. We had everything we needed for a family of 4. House is spacious and the kids can run around in the garden. Weather was not ideal, but that's nobody's fault - we did the best we could and enjoy the Sardinian island. It is true that the season is a bot off starting with mid october so not too much buzz around. We recommend also to go around and visit Bosa, Alghero, Cala Gonone, Posada (in the near by). We did not like Dorgali that much.

Very nice bungalow, perfect for 4 people! Outdoor kitchen and shower are fantastic for hot summer days. Several nice beaches are reachable in less than 10min by car.

Nicola has a beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. There is ample living space. Each room has AC, walking distance to a nice beach, and Nicola was an attentive host. He would assist us with any questions we may have. I highly recommend their place!

La maison est au bord de la plage … parfait 🤩 La marina di Tertenia est très calme et la vue sur la montagne est très belle . Nous n’avions pas de voisins dans les deux maisons à côté de la notre , tout était très calme ( fin octobre - hors saison) . Il y a un grand jardin fleuri et une belle terrasse avec une belle vue sur la montagne . Il est possible de faire des balades à pieds et d’accéder à des petites criques au départ de Tesonis , à deux pas de la maison . L’emplacement pour la voiture est parfait et sécurisé. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée . La communication avec l’hôte a été très facile , rapide. Nous avons reçu une petite attention à notre arrivée .

We stayed here as two families with 6 kids total and used both apartments. The garden was perfect area for the kids to play and the terrazzo provided a perfect space to eat outside and relax. We liked having separate sleeping spaces for each family and a communal space for group meals and time together. The walk to the beach was easy and took about 10 minutes. There is a bar on the beach and a small market which has a decent selection of fresh food, prepared foods, and household supplies within walking distance. You will need to drive to restaurants and a larger supermarket.

La casa, pur se a pochi minuti dalle spiagge piu' belle, si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa ed interna rispetto alla strada. Abbiamo apprezzato la qualita' degli arredi e degli accessori, l''organizzazione degli spazi interni ed esterni in particolare il patio con il grande tavolo in pietra e le sedie di ferro battuto e la cura del prato e degli alberi sicuramente affidata ad un giardiniere esperto. Un plauso particolare alla disponibilita' di Claire nel gestire la comunicazione prima e durante il soggiorno.

Antonios Haus ist sehr gepflegt, mit großzügigen, schön eingerichteten Räumen, zwei großen Terrassen und einem wunderbaren Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Oddoene-Tal. Gleichzeitig ist es nur einen Katzensprung von Dorgali entfernt, so dass Supermärkte, Bars, Geschäfte und das Stadtzentrum in nächster Nähe liegen. Vom Stadtverkehr hört man aber überhaupt nichts. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Noch toller als das Haus war aber der Gastgeber: Wir hatten gleich zu Anfang unseres Aufenthalts einen kleineren medizinischen Notfall, und Antonio war sofort zur Stelle und hat sich rührend um alles gekümmert, einen Arzttermin organisiert, uns hin- und wieder zurückgefahren und sich hinterher noch mehrfach nach uns erkundigt. Ein Super-Superhost! :) Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Villa Isportana nur empfehlen.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances chez Alessandro. Le terrain de tennis, le beau jardin et surtout le patio ont été très appréciés, les ventilateurs dans les chambres aussi ! Un gentil chat roux nous a tenu compagnie tout le séjour. La petite ville de La Caletta toute proche est très accueillante. Nous vous recommandons une escale à l'agriturismo Sa Tanca et bore le temps d'un repas.

Really nice home and location. Host was super responsive to all our questions and remarks during the stay. The house is pristine, spacious, private, super quiet and close to Budoni which offers great restaurants and a very nice local beach.

Huge villa with a nice private pool , easy to walk to budoni center and beach , Comfortable beds perfect temperature with AC in all rooms and good quality appliances ,by the way friendly and helpful staff , it was a perfect stay for the whole family

Beeindruckendes Haus, fast eine kleine Burg mit runden „Türmen“. Sehr individuelle gelungene Architektur. Ruhig gelegen in einem großzügigen Garten am Ende einer Sackgasse. Schöner Meerblick vom Balkon. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Die Betten waren bequem. Alles ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, einige Rollläden ließen sich nicht öffnen, ein Schaukelstuhl und ein Liegestuhl waren kaputt. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort und würden nochmals kommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wenn man mit den genannten kleinen Einschränkungen leben kann, eine Empfehlung.

Chiara's house is easy to find on good roads and in a quiet neighborhood. It's really well equipped for cooking at home, spotlessly clean and the air conditioning is really effective. The pool is great, plenty big enough for our family of 5 with three teenagers to play in. We loved the local beach, genuinely less than 10 minutes walk, beautiful sea with so many fish and white sand. We went to lots of the beaches nearby, which were all stunning and even though they were busy we could always find somewhere to put up an umbrella or two (helpfully Chiara had several in the house!). Budoni and San Teodoro are classy towns with lots of restaurants and cafes, beautiful night markets and shops. Chiara's instructions for everything were super clear and she was really helpful with local recommendations when I asked. We had a fantastic holiday and would 100% recommend this house!

Was a great stay for a week, the host Donatella and Francesco were super friendly. The house is amazing and was perfect for our group of four people. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had a crazy amount of amenities even a sandwich grill. Definitely a recommendation.

These days when Airbnb has become so over-commercialized and finding something that feels genuine is very hard, Julie's place stands out as a real gem. Finalized in 2024, the house is spacious, modern and high-standard, and executed with attention to style, design and detail but also practicality. Julie is one of very few hosts that actually took the time to live in the house herself a few weeks before opening it for bookings, to ensure practicality. The location is remote and secluded, which is what we wanted. Access road is quite rough, something to be aware of if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Swimming pool was not finalized for 2024 due to water shortages in the area, which we thought was a responsible decision by the owners, though it would have been nice to have it. As for the host, Julie is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve met. Responsive, accommodating, generous, helpful and very pleasant, she helped us with lots of arrangements and bookings during our stay.

we waren met 3 stelletjes en een baby, alle voorzieningen waren er. Er zijn op de locatie 3 appartementen die afzonderlijk afgesloten kunnen worden, dus voldoende privacy. het strand is heel dichtbij en de omgeving is fantastisch. we hadden wat moeite met het scheiden van het afval maar dat is allemaal goed gekomen. fantastische tijd gehad

La villetta è deliziosa! In una posizione tranquilla e perfetta per girare Arbatax e i dintorni. Dotata di ogni comfort e di tutto il necessario per una permanenza rilassante. Curata nei minimi dettagli, il giardino è la veranda sono una vera chicca! Antonio è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito una bellissima accoglienza e consigli utili affinché il nostro week end funzionasse alla perfezione! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt. Toller Blick aufs Meer, ruhige Lage, schöner Strand.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in Lucas Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt ganz ruhig und trotzdem perfekt nahe bei Stadt und Strand. Der kleine Pool und die Tiere waren vor allem für die Kinder ein Highlight. Luca hat mit ihnen die Tiere gefüttert und Früchte geerntet. Vielen Dank dafür!

Die Wohnung/Haus von Marco ist sehr schön am oberen Hang gelegen, ist mit einer umlaufenden Terrasse ausgestattet und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Es war slles sehr sauber sowie gut und neu eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist auch das Areal um den Pool, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir fanden es auch sehr schön, dass der Strand fußläufig erreichbar war. Dadurch kann man abends nochmal zum Strand gehen, der eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Stimmung bietet. Insgesamt ist Marcos Unterkunft eine schöne Basis für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub! Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Unterkunft die obere Etage eines zweistöckigen Hauses darstellt, von dem auch die untere bewohnt ist. Die Eingänge sind zwar separat, aber man ist nicht alleine in der Unterkunft. Uns war diese Tatsache so nicht aus der Beschreibung bekannt und wahrscheinlich hätten wir sie dann auch nicht gemietet. Es war aber trotzdem eine schöne Woche und wir können die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen.

Pina ist eine herzliche, offene und kommunikative Person die sofort geantwortet hat und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment willkommen gefühlt, dies nicht zuletzt als sie uns mit einem leckeren Dessert persönlich empfangen hat. Das Haus ist ein Traum, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um einen sorgenfreien Urlaub zu geniessen . Ihr Mann war für die Reinigung des Pools einige Male beim Haus, dies jedoch jedesmal unscheinbar so dass es uns nicht stören konnte, obwohl dies sowieso nicht der fall gewesen war. Danke Pina

Ruhige Lage, schöner Strand in 5 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen / Essen gehen. Ohne Auto nicht empefhlenswert. Die Betten waren leider sehr unbequem, die Kissen halfen dabei leider auch nicht weiter. Sonst alles Tip Top. Manuela war sehr freundlich, hilfreich und dauerhaft erreichbar.

Wir haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem Paradies von Silvana und Luciano verbracht. Beide Gastgeber sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung sind viele schöne Strände, welche mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind, aber auch ein traumhaftes Pool mit kristallklarem Wasser steht den Gästen bei der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Es ist uns schwer gefallen, diese mit viel Liebe kreierte Oase wieder zu verlassen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles an Silvana und Luciano
