Thank you for great stay! Enjoyed the beach. Cozy room for 6. Pet friendly no restrictions just be responsible - no fencing so just be mindful. Cute playful dogs onsite. Flexible on check in as we were held up by traffic. Thank you as well to Kuya jonathan.

Overall great stay. The room is clean. Aircon is very good. WIFI is fast. The host is very responsive. Ate caretaker is okay too. Some bits. First, the parking is quite tight especially if u have an SUV. Second, it’s location is not by the highway so it may be a problem for people w/o cars. And finally, there was a road construction on the faster path to/from San Juan beach. This is not the owner’s fault but it might be something to consider. A lot of roads are getting reconstructed along elyu, almost the same roads from last two years :)

The place was exactly what my family needed for a quick LU stopover. It’s spacious, strong wifi connection, and the a/c was so cool, which made our stay more pleasant (considering how hot it was outside when we were there haha)

I booked Pao and Nojo’s place in La Union during the holy week and it was an absolute steal for its price point (peak season + prime location esp for surfers)—it was also very cozy and clean! The space was curated nicely and its amenities really had the guests’ convenience in mind. Pao and Nojo were very responsive and helpful! 🫶🏽 Absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when we visit La Union!!

Great place to stay. The only problem we had was the unstable internet connection but nevertheless, our stay were absolutely awesome. Her mom was kind too, approachable, and really helpful.

Casa El Chico was awesome for our group stay. Plenty of space, super clean, and every room had A/C, which was a huge plus with this summer heat. Neil was a great host—really easy to communicate with and made everything smooth. Would totally come back!

It was an unforgettable experience staying at Julie Ann & Carlo’s ABB accommodation. Perfect with the family setting. The place is so clean & spacious with an amazing amenities for a group or family. Julie Ann & Carlo are so kind & helpful, responded promptly to all our queries. Would love to come back again 😊.

It’s a great place for a big group of people but not for seniors who may be having some achy joints trying to get out of bed since it’s all on the floor, the AC isn’t very strong. I’ll definitely take my guys friends here if they want to learn how to surf since there is some good waves and instructors nearby the place.

The place is very peaceful and our family was able to relax. It is also near to the food spots around Elyu. The host was very friendly and kind. He gave us free bread during the stay.

Great place! We were a group of 13 and enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very accommodating and even allowed us to extend a little bit as there were no guests booked after us. 5 minute walk to the beach, market was just across the street, many food places and cafes nearby. Things to improve: room 2 AC wasn’t as cold as the other rooms even when set at the same temperature. Outlets in room 1 was behind the bunk bed, would be better if there more outlets per room, too! Everything else was great, would definitely come back as hosts were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! ❤️

Sheehan was super helpful from the very start. I was a first time user of the Airbnb app and she walked me through everything. I booked her beautiful home for my team of 11 who drove 10 hours and worked on a project on the beach for 6 hours prior to check-in. When my team got to the property, all they said was it was the perfect place to recharge their energy. "Ma'am sobrang ganda rito, sana andito ka to see this place. Sobrang bait pa ni ma'am host." My team even brought a 6-wheeler truck and surprisingly, it was accommodated by Sheehan's HUGE parking space!! She's the first host I've booked and it's been a great experience for me (and I didn't even stay in her home!) Looking forward to book this place to experience it first hand 🫶🏻✨Thanks Sheehan 🥹

Awesome place to stay

The transaction went smoothly from inquiry til check out. It was one of our best stays in Baguio. The place was exactly like in the photos: clean, spacious and has a great view. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would book him again in our next visit :)

To start with the good things, Koju Homestay was true to their advertising of having a Japanese style housing in a Baguio setting. The place was neat, spacious, and affordable. The downside about the stay was what other reviewers were saying about the broken elevator. The climb to the sixth floor carrying groceries isn’t convenient for vacation goers. The other minor bad side was locating the entrance building on Amistrad Road instead of Kennon Road. Getting pictures about the front gate or map overview might be useful. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. Jhomar was attentive and flexible. A good host to have.

The place is cozy, satisfied guest here. The host is very accomdating, she uodates us every now and then.

My family had a great stay. The unit is at the 3rd floor but we didn't mind the stairs. Check in was easy, the security guard at the gate was courteous. The place is very private and quiet even if it's just a few minute walk from mines view park. The unit has all the declared amenities and is well kept in general, except some fixtures that need minor repairs/replacement. Place is also pet friendly. Carlo was also very responsive with our concerns, definitely a great host. We'd love to stay again for our future Baguio trips.

The location is the main advantage. This is so close to the Cathedral, SM and Session Road. You’ll save money by just walking to tourist spots and no longer need to commute. Amenities are complete, they have all the basic things you need. There is kitchen if you need it and bathroom is spacious. Balcony has a good view of the city. Suggestion: Needs minor renovation and upgrade. The big mirror may be replaced or removed, it is kinda creepy with all the black spots. Book shelves can be removed to have more hallway space and lighter vibes. Overall, this is 100% recommended stay. Thankful for their flexible check in process.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The unit was very clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the listing. It was thoughtfully prepared and had everything I needed for both relaxation and work. The bed was comfortable, the area was peaceful, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was also smooth and easy, which made the entire experience even better. One minor suggestion would be to improve the lighting around the dining area, which also serves as the workstation. It was a bit dim for working at night, but aside from that small detail, everything else was absolutely perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again without hesitation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home base. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality and a truly memorable experience!

Very quiet and private place in the mid of CJH. Host very hospitable. Place is charming and comes with free Korean breakfast.
