Батуми: аренда домов с патио

Отличная светлая квартира. Очень большая, автономное отопление. Из столовых приборов есть все необходимое. Отзывчивый и приветливый хозяин. Единственное дополнение и пожелание для владельца квартиры, это хотелось бы чтобы на кухне была микроволновая печь. Для туриста это незаменимая вещь. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова. P.S. Надеюсь СВЧ уже появится ;)

Me and my friends had a great stay! The location was perfect, the place was very clean, and the view from the flat was absolutely incredible. Communication with Katia was great and she was very responsive. Everything matched the description and it was definitely worth the money. Thank you for a lovely experience!

Great place for both long and short term stays, lots of kitchen appliances, comfy beds, 24/7 convenience store right in the building, definitely recommend!

An excellent and stylish apartment with impeccable cleanliness! The host is very thoughtful and attentive, making the stay even more comfortable. Stunning views of the sea and park create an incredible atmosphere. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, everything is within reach. Highly recommend!

L’appartement est neuf et hyper confortable, la vue sur la mer noire sublime. Seule ombre au tableau l’hôte, qui devrait vraiment faire quelques efforts. Déjà il ne parle pas un mot d’anglais et lors du check out il a recompté les peignoirs, les serviettes, les bols, les assiettes, les verres, les fourchettes et l’unique couteau sans décrocher le moindre sourire.

Спасибо большое Анне,что заселила нас в течении двух часов после бронирования. Мы запросили бронирования очень поздно,так как возникли проблемы с другим жильём. Анна подготовила нам квартиру почти ночью,по нашему запросу. Сама квартира уютная,маленькая ,но нам места хватило на троих взрослых и ребёнка. Район в принципе тихий, до моря на машине 10 мин примерно. Магазин прямо внизу дома,напротив есть пекарня со свежим хлебом.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely countryside home! The house was cozy and well-kept, and the nature around it was beautiful with wonderful view of nature from its windows. Also you can walk 7-10 minutes to the entrance to Botanical Garden of Batumi (trough a small grove). The host family was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home with their kindness. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway vocation.

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Тихое место, красивые окрестности, рядом пляж. Очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот дом, обязательно вернёмся еще! Отдельная благодарность Марии за доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

Доброго времени суток! Понравилось все!!! Хозяин Зураб с его великолепным садом, апельсины, лимоны и с вкусными хачапури хозяйки, которые делали в Тбилиси вспоминая семью Зураба, которая была отзывчива и помогала во всем. И отдельная благодарность Лаше за его чуткость, внимательность, рекомендации. Приехали туристами в гости, а уехали от родственников!!! Благодарю за всё!!!!!

Nice accommodation with a beautiful garden near Batumi. A good option if you want to reboot and relax in nature. But this is not a separate house, but the top floor of a private house, the owners live on the lower floors. There is a lot of space, 2 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioners. The owner of the house was very nice and welcoming, she gifted fruits from the garden and home-cooked meals. We were also greeted by a beautiful bouquet of garden flowers, fruits and sweets. Thank you!

From the first minute after arriving we felt like at home. During our stay me and my wife got sick unfortunately and Eto‘s family took care of us right away with delicious Georgian food and raspberry jam. We felt like being taken care of by our own parents and it is unbelievable. We are really thankful for the hospitality we experienced in this house. This was our best stay in Georgia for sure. The location is great and you will find everything you need within five minute walk. If you get a chance to stay here, please do so and you will never regret! If I get a chance to come back to Batumi, this will be my favorite.Спасибо вам огромное за все и привет из Германии☺️

We visited Batumi only for a few hours, as our main goal was to explore nature and the national parks, but we stayed at Megi’s place and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Megi was incredibly helpful and communicative from the start. The house itself is huge, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Getting there was smooth thanks to Megi’s assistance. The road isn’t visible on Google Maps, but we received clear instructions and helpful photos to guide us through the last few hundred meters. When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the house, and explained how everything works. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet retreat near Batumi!

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Wir hatten ein Familien-treff organisiert, jeder hatte sich ein Plätzchen gefunden. Wir waren insgesamt zu fünf mit einem Kleinkind. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum Entspannen, man hat einen freien Blick aufs Meer und schaut direkt den Sonnenuntergang entgegen. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem notwendigen Inventar ausgestattet, man kann selbst was zubereiten oder auch einer der Restaurants besuchen, die es in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen gibt. Die Inhaberin war gut erreichbar und hat uns auch schnell ein babybett organisiert. Alles in allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

I visited the apartment for the second time. The apartment has an incredibly practical location. You can park your car in the courtyard, which is usually very difficult in this area. The apartment has a wonderful atmosphere – you walk in and immediately feel at home. The host, Marina, who welcomed us, is a wonderful lady. She gifted us homemade mandarin jam, immediately offered us coffee, and even provided an iron in the evening when we needed it. Marina is an intelligent, interesting woman and incredibly kind beyond words. Thank you for everything. I wish you lots of luck, and see you next time!

Находится квартира в шаговой доступности от площади Европа, много ресторанов и развлечений, довольно близко хороший пляж. Если вы не хотите попадать на такси, рекомендую это место!

Квартира в двух минутах ходьбы от пляжа, рядом есть рестораны и магазины. Есть балкон с диваном, можно проводить там время и обедать. Для двоих отличная квартира, либо на пару с ребенком: есть двуспальная кровать и небольшой диван. В квартире есть все необходимое для отдыха, рекомендую!
