is very nice place like in bali location near town not to far to go shopping ctr . Room are big for 2pax . if have kettle will be better so that after swimming can make coffee or instant noodles overall 8/10 . I n family will sure come back

It was an amazing stay in this service apartment, the ladies where very friendly to assist in all kind of questions. The property is so clean and perfect situated close to restaurants, MRT station. I highly recommend this place!

The clear labels and instructions made it easy to settle in—such a nice touch. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a supermarket just a short walk away. The building’s amenities were a big plus—we loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym (plus the staff everywhere were so friendly and helpful!). The sea and forest views were breathtaking, too. KC was the epitome of a perfect host—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely committed to ensuring a memorable stay. dian was very nice when we met her on the first day. she explain everything nicely and she guide us well. dian was also very reasonable with her check in timing and check out. my family love our stay there. although its a hassle to go up and down during clothes washing. but everything worked out. cant wait to go there again next time :)

The Location is right smack in the middle of Orchard Road and there are a lot of great restaurant in the vicinity. The listing is as description and the photo matches the place that i stayed. The building is old but was pretty well maintained overall, Do run the water a bit during your stay as there might be some chock-age for the drainage linked to the bathtub, this will also allowed rust residue to be emptied for the rest of the stay. Overall great stay and great host. Would recommend for people that are looking for a good location and spacious apartment to stay in Singapore.

Great place to stay!

This property is extremely tourist friendly. it is right in the middle of an extremely large amount of stores from economic to high end. it is also very close to the train system, which is very easy to learn, extremely clean, and very safe. This will let you visit virtually the entire country seeing amazing sites, have fabulous dinners, and accomplish everything that you could possibly want and go to Singapore for. The highlight of this property, however, was found in a very unusual and most unexpected spot. Raymond is a security guard who works at Park Suites. He is extremely intelligent not only about Singapore but Malaysia and other surrounding countries. Make sure to find him when you get there. We traveled with him to Malaysia, which is only 30 minutes away, and learned so much more about Singapore because of him. Raymond is the true Jewel of Singapore, and because of him, we will stay at Park Suites again and would be happy to pay twice as much for the stay. Do search him out.

As per photo. Overall the place is relatively fine for short stay. Sufficient amenities, good hot shower, great ACs. only 3 downside for the price paid, Room no Wifi, lift slow(top floor w only 2 lifts, not host's fault) and TV reminds me the early 2000's. All in all, place is SUPER CLEAN, nagoya city area, grab/gojek easily get. basement there's a mini mart that closes late. Host assistant, Ega, too had been promptly replying my queries. Thanx guys, hope you can get a wifi running ^^".
