Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-site parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately
