We throughly enjoyed 5 nights at Hilton Homestead over New Year’s. Such a peaceful spot and the renovated home is just beautiful - the perfect mix of old and new. We enjoyed peaceful mornings, watching the wildlife and gorgeous sunsets and many home cooked meals. The surrounding towns are also quaint and very enjoyable to mosey around. Watching and listening to the cows being moved early on the first morning was a treat! Thank you Megan and John for the lovely stay. A perfect country getaway 💚

We had a fabulous stay over Easter at Jess's place. Everything was as described. the cottage is located in a lovely part of town, easy walking distance to many cafes and pubs, and a local brewery.

Emma’s air bnb is just beautiful. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lovely decor and furnishings. Excellent location downtown. Highly recommended.

Amazing house, great location and will definitely not only recommend to others, but also stay at again next time. Having never stayed in an airbnb before, and not really knowing what to expect, it was amazing to stay in, and our host was of awesome assistance too, when called upon. Thanks

The property is perfect for large groups. The house is very spacious and comfortably laid out with stunning views from the well-equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. The games room was a nice feature. The house was pleasant and cool when we arrived and made us feel very welcome after a long drive. We really appreciated Riannon’s flexibility and understanding with a late change in plans when a couple of our friends had to drop out due to illness.

Jenolan House is a great place to stay in Oberon. We were there for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is large, the bedrooms big, and it is all tastefully furnished. Plenty of Sun and light make the house nice and welcoming. A shelf in the second bathroom shower would be welcome (the shower is small and it is hard to use it with the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner bottles on the floor) and we have suggested this to Orit. Be aware that, with the outdoor furniture under the double carport, there is not enough room to get bigger vehicles completely under cover, but there is plenty of off-street parking available, so not such a problem. All in all, a lovely house and well worth the stay.

We had a great stay at Moodie cottage during our visit to Bathurst for the Proctor Cup. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of cute decor. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the large deck watching the sunset over the lovely backyard. Great coffee just minutes walk away and conveniently located near town. Our host, Kathleen was responsive and wonderful to deal with. We will be back next year!

Great place and great quiet location, but really close to the town centre. House was super comfy and perfect for a family. Luke was a great host and offered early check in, without this being requested. This was a great touch and really appreciated! Would recommend a stay here!

Amazing host and great for families who need space for the kids to run free outside.

Hannah's place was super comfortable, organised, and clean. She made us feel very welcome even though we didn't have a chance to meet her during our stay. I'd highly recommend Hannah's place if you're staying around Bathrust!

We loved every minute of our stay at Slow Space - from the snacks to the sauna and everything in between, the space has been thoughtfully curated for a relaxing stay that makes you feel super well cared for. The location is second to none for beautiful country side views, starry nights and silence - it took a while to adjust to having no noise at all compared to Sydney!! Lovely location, not far from orange and fantastic wineries. Thank you for the lovely stay and I highly recommend Slow Space as a perfect out of city destination for a long weekend.

We stayed in both the main 5 bedroom house (renovated) and the 2 bedroom cottage (brand new). Plenty of space for 11 adults, 3 children and a dog. Check the separate listings for more detailed info on each accommodation. Children loved the pool which was warm even in late April and the adults enjoyed the lounge recliners. Fully equipped kitchen (more than required number of crockery, cutlery and glassware). Generous pantry supplies (large selection of tea, condiments, s & p, spices) and consumables (eg toilet paper, soap, firewood). Electric stove in main house, gas in cottage (lifesaver!) Huge BBQ. Luxurious linen and comfy pillows. Max is very responsive so reach out if anything is amiss. They were very open to suggestions including newer pots and pans so if you’re cooking up a storm, make sure to check if they’ve been replaced or bring your own. We would love to visit again because of all the beautiful memories made with our family.

Carla’s cottage was so beautiful and the surroundings are just gorgeous. It was private, quiet, and a lovely escape with nature. We loved the character of the cottage and it had everything we needed. Thank you.

A beautifully-located cabin in the greater Turon Gates landscape, full of rustic charm and country experiences. The dog-safe garden is a fantastic amenity, and the views are spectacular - with stunning sunsets just over the hill, and plenty of wildlife all around. We’ve stayed in many of the Turon Gates cabins over the years, and the family rates this as one of the best.

Such a beautiful place to get away from the city ! Loved the blinds and lights working through Alexa such a nice touch ! Pantry had everything you could need for essentials and had such beautiful natural light coming through and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy o he coffee in the mornings. We ended up extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much! Only downfall would be we wish the main bedroom had a king bed and we would come again and again

We found our accomodation to be a fantastic experience. Our host Ali went above and beyond with her service and very good to communicate with. I highly recommend Ali as a fantastic host.We loved everything about the accommodation and the location was very private, but was only a very short drive into the city centre. Thank you

We had such a lovely stay! The host was warm and welcoming, greeting us with fresh sourdough on arrival. The train carriage was cosy and peaceful — the perfect spot to unwind. We explored the beautiful grounds, stayed off our devices, and ended our days by the fire roasting marshmallows. A truly restful escape! We couldn't ask for a better weekend.

This is a great place for a peaceful getaway. We loved not being able to see another house in sight and just being out on the farm with just the birds and the sheep. The view from the house is spectacular. Beautiful bush and rolling hills with amazing sunrises. Our family of 5 enjoyed lots of space to roam the extended property, a campfire toasting marshmellows, plenty of time just to relax and rest and a great place to reconnect with the family. The house is large with plenty of space to spread out. Our teens enjoyed having their own bedroom and all the beds were very comfortable. The host Darren is very friendly and extremely easy to communicate with, from getting restaurant recommedations in Bathurst to instructions to get into the house to making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely visit again if we were in this area. Highly recommend.

Leswyn was so welcoming with my daughter and I and our horse! We booked at the last minute as a stopover to an equine event and she was so helpful, accommodating our horse in a stables yard - he was so happy. And it was so easy finding the place and meeting our host. We enjoyed chatting with her and other guests and enjoyed the pool, spa (under a starry sky!) and beautiful location. It’s not a brand new, minimalist kind of place - it is as described, simple and with a charming, retro vibe that appeals to my daughter and I. We loved that breakfast was included as that was a surprise and we didn’t need to bring anything as all bedding and towels were supplied. We enjoyed our spontaneous visit and would love to stay again with our miniature ponies and even our dogs. Such a welcoming place :-)
