Got exactly what I saw, what I wanted and had a great week. Location is very central to variety of activities in Bath County/Warm Springs. Easy to find, clean, modern, great bed/pillows/linens. Would return again for sure.

Mohammed and Maria were great. The house was perfect and the views were amazing. The house had everything you would need to have a great stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Location was great for Bath County. You'll need to either have a high clearance vehicle to ford the creek or walk over the foot bridge. The water smells like sulfur, but it didn't bother my family too much (bring your own water to drink like W&L recommend).

The Tannery is such a charming home with a combination of antique and modern furnishings and art work. The location is outstanding. There is a big back yard that leads to a river with a private dipping pool. You can easily walk to the village and eat at the excellent Waterwheel restaurant . The Warm Springs baths are also very close and are very enjoyable. The bed at the Tannery is very comfortable, the shower water is plenty hot, and the kitchen well equipped. The internet is awesome. We would definitely like to return in the Spring or Summer.

The house was so charming. It was also close to the warm springs and the Homestead which was convenient. We loved watching the horses from the kitchen table too!

Stayed here while moving our son into his house. Was close to Covington yet far enough away. Location for river is fantastic! Had snowed so we couldn't drive to the river due to ice/snow. But, we will def return when it's warmer. House is very clean and had everything we needed. The furnace was having issues but Briana made sure to notify us and provided instructions for use of the Buck wood-burning stove. She was very responsive and fast. Buck stove was wonderful and kept the house warm and cozy. Kitchen has plenty of pots/pans, plates, silverware. Could use a few more glasses/cups and maybe couple wine glasses. Beds were comfy and bedrooms were super clean. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and really appreciated the makeup face cloths (black). Had wood for stove, Keurig and a drip coffee machine and, in general, felt like staying at grandma's house, which we all loved. We will definitely book here again when we come visit our son.

Such a beautiful cabin!!! Comments do not do this place justice!! The cabin is very spacious and the details put in every room is beautifully done. They also have their outside patio and backyard area beautifully done and such a great space to be with family. On top of that, they even thought about specifics. They provided us with towels, shampoo, and toiletries. The house was very clean and I just don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. The owner was easy to communicate with as well. I’ve traveled to many different places and used a lot of airbnbs around the world but this one is my absolute favorite. I felt comfortable and trusted the area. I will definitely be revisiting this cabin. Full on amazing. 5 stars all the way. Our family loves it so much. Thank you!

I liked the location the most. It was easy to drive to the Omni Resort, town of Hot Springs, and the historic Warm Springs. This place was a nice option for a short family getaway. The host was kind and attentive, if needed. The house is connected but separate to the host home, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We LOVED having a 1 PM checkout time! There’s a beautiful yard. The only thing that detracted from the stay was the house layout. Two of the beds upstairs in the loft didn’t have doors or walls. It was open with just a standup screen so it lacked some privacy. The kitchen downstairs was a bit small and felt disconnected from the living room where we mostly spent our time. We cooked a big breakfast and while the kitchen was a little hard to use, we made it work.

I had a lovely time and appreciated the access to the spa. The warm springs pools were nearby, and there were plenty of lovely vineyards, restaurants, hikes, and beautiful views. I can't think of a better location for enjoying Bath County.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashwood. We chose this spot as a halfway point on our way to a family reunion. So glad we did. This is a beautiful, peaceful area. I can only imagine how much more beautiful it is in late spring or in the fall.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was just the peaceful getaway we needed. The cottage is quaint and well laid out. The couch and bed are both comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, and the view out the kitchen window is stunning. You will find yourself staring into the mountains as you wash dishes. My husband and I had a blast riding the golf cart around the property. We may have even seen a baby black bear! We saw lots of deer and beautiful birds. The view up by the old barn is another stunner. The main thing we did while we were there, is walk the dogs around the property and just stop and stare and take it all in. The cottage is quiet. Sometimes at night, you can hear, faint, distant music playing. There are windows surrounding the entire cottage that I opened every morning, giving you 360 views of the wilderness. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone needing some peace and quiet.

We loved Warm Springs and were grateful to David and Daphney for letting us stay at Quiet Waters. It was very homey and comfortable, nothing too fancy or formal but just right for a couple with two pups who wanted to cook some meals and also partake of the dining options around. We were delighted to discover a great 3 mile hike directly next to the property, a charming little sandwich/salad shop right there, too, at the Dairy. Walking distance one way to the little downtown and the Water wheel restaurant and the other way to the fantastic warm springs pools. Would love to return!

We enjoyed this cabin so much. It's so private and quaint. There is no cell service here, and we enjoyed it so much. Such an amazing opportunity to "unplug". There is wifi of course, and we did utilize Netflix. The screened in porch was so wonderful, and we enjoyed having lunch outside and listening to the river. There were so many places to hike, and spots to fish. Exactly what we were looking for on our weekend getaway. Host was super friendly. Would love to visit again.

Was everything we hoped for, great location for a relaxing unplugged weekend!!

Jennifer‘s place was exactly as described if not better. We reached out to her and brought our dog and the fenced in yard was an excellent addition to the trip. Jennifer was very responsive.

The accommodations are spacious and comfortable and are as photographed. The views outside the windows are breathtaking and the country roads are charming. We woke to the sound of mooing cows... a new experience for us!

This was out of our favorite stays in a while! You could not ask for a more beautiful spot - the mountains are gorgeous, the farm is inviting, and the cabin is charming. Claudia and Lea were lovely hosts - helpful, kind, and incredibly friendly. We took their recommendations for walking trails around the farm and eating in town. I loved seeing their horses nearby - they’re always eager for a scratch! This location is very close to some beautiful hikes in the GW national Forest, Hidden Valley, etc. They had lots of games too! The best way to disconnect and be in nature. We definitely want to go back!!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Kimberly's place. This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Check-in and communication was excellent. The unit is small, but perfect for 2 people. I can't say enough about the surroundings. It was peaceful and just what we needed. The warm springs on the property are a great amenity! The hot tub was awesome for a soak in the evenings after a day of hiking. The kitchenette was well equipped for heating up leftovers after dining at the local restaurants. At night, it is so quiet and we slept very well in the comfy bed. This place does have quite a bit of stairs, so if stairs are a challenge, this might not be the perfect place for you. We really loved the extra touches that Kimberly provided (the twinkle lights in the living area were so cute) and Kimberly was a wonderful hostess. The Warm Springs pools are almost next door. We will definitely be booking this place again. We will be more than happy to return.

My family stayed for a birthday weekend, and we had a blast! When we pulled up, the door had been decorated with balloons and a banner! Was a nice surprise for sure! Service is pretty much non existent for about an hour radius because of the National Park, but the cabin has great wifi! And Rodney messaged us early for early checkin, and that was greatly appreciated!! We were able to use this as a home base and explore all around the gorgeous parks surrounding the cabin. And as a bonus we were able to bring our family dog with us, and she loved being able to roam in the large yard as well! Definitely worth the visit, and would return! The only "negative" I have to say is that there was a strange smell sometimes.. Not sure what it was, but my family dealt with it just fine. We just opened some windows and aired it out.
