Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

Our cabin has 2 full size beds upstairs in loft area as well as a comfy queen sofa that makes a decent bed also. There is a small table and chairs. There is also a larger refrigerator on covered back porch.

We also have Mabel's Cabin or The Bell House around the corner, available for rent... Perfect for if you're traveling with extended family or friends and need more room, or if The Lawson Cabin is already booked.

Sleeps upstairs; not ideal for young kids or mobility concerns due to open stairs. Expect live music and occasional train noise. Pet- and motorcycle-friendly with hot tub and fire pit included (not refundable).
