Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

The place is super nice. Complete things in the kitchen, we didn’t have any major issues. Kuya (caretaker) is super proactive din because we have a lot of things, he already prepared the trolly upon check out.

This was my second time staying here. I could live there forever. I stayed 2 weeks the first time and I came right back for a month this time. If I am not busy this winter I will definitely be coming back for 6 months in November. Truly a hidden Gem on the island.

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

The place is spacious and cozy. Highly recommended. Sir Japhet is very accommodating and responsive.

Raymond’s place is very nice, easy to get to and in the condo building closest to the pico beach, you can opt not to ride the shuttle to get to the beach. The place is also very clean, and has complete utensils in the kitchen, and basics in the bathroom. I also want to praise the retractable clothesline on the balcony, really really useful and thoughtful. Although there are a few things for improvement (what is completely perfect in this world anyway), none of them took away from how lovely and amazing this place is. Nevertheless, we had a lovely stay overall and I appreciate Raymond being very accommodating and responsive to all my many questions. Thank you so much and would definitely book this place again when we go back to Pico de Loro!

Thank you! We enjoy the place, ates/madams are very helpful offering everything and they are always cleaning the area. The place is very spacious. I hole that you change the check in and check out time depending on tides, because when we arrived we cannot enjoyed swimming in the front beach since it is very high tide with too much waves that makes water not clear until afternoon low tide. But when we check out at 10am the water in front beach is very calm and very clear water but we need to check out on time so we did not enjoyed the front beach. But very satisfied with the place! Will find this again soon!

The stay was very relaxing and great for the family of all ages. It was also the first time I had bought my dog along for a vacation and it was perfect for her. Overall I would recommend this place to families with young children and pets who want a relaxing weekend but also with the option of doing some activities

Place - clean ,fragrant, patio is spacious Kitchen - with stove, fridge, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, bowls, and utensils Dining Area - indoor dining suitable for 6 pax, long table is provided in patio. Water dispenser available Bedroom - extra pillows, blankets and matresses were provided. With black out curtains and AC was cold. CR- Clean and with BIDET, outdoor shower also available. Only downside is no water heater Entertainment- wifi, netflix and videoke available Parking- street parking for 1 car only, you may also park at the playground Host - responsive with inquiries, Kuya Richard assisted us in finding a beach resort after our stay in the unit. Place suitable for friends and family with 8 pax. Will come back on our next stay!

i was looking for a unit that has fast internet and reliable bcoz my daughter has online class. and i found a good reviews about benjo’s place. And i was not disappointed. Benjo was very accomodating and responsive. He made sure that we will have a comfortable stay in his place. ❤️

I've stayed in a lot of units in Pico, and this one by far has the best balcony! Breezy and cool, even in March at 12 noon. It's a bit above the level of the trees, so you see and hear the birds chirping away. Definitely the best way to spend a lazy weekend. If you prefer to be indoors, the master's bedroom has an equally breathtaking view as well! Baron is a great host, responds within minutes. He is hands on and was quick to address a problem that arose. Would definitely book his place again.

After a long trip under the hot sun, it was such a treat to be welcomed by a cutely designed Airbnb unit and the cool air from the aircon. We got comfy right away and even called dibs on where we’d sleep! The utensils and kitchen appliances were just enough for our needs. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak during our stay, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. It’s also conveniently close to the swimming pool and the beach. Plus, the view from the unit is beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place!

It was a great stay at Ms. Ariza’s place! My family really enjoyed, we’re also able to cook our food there. The unit is so clean and spacious, and also the smell is so pleasant and relaxing that we felt like we wanna stay longer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marlon's condominium! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintaine, the clean, modern aesthetic immediately caught our eye and made us feel right at home. It’s clearly been thoughtfully designed, both stylish and cozy. As a couple traveling with a pet, we were so pleased to find the unit pet-friendly. It made our stay stress-free and complete. One of the best parts was sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views, absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The concierge and security team were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Marlon’s place is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, picturesque escape. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.
