Location was private and slightly hard to locate when using Grab, especially at night but definitely not a problem at all. Place was very breezy at night (perfect for chilling at the balcony or late night walks). I definitely recommend coming here especially with a big group! Mahjong table, billiards, karaoke & speakers were all available. Will come back here next time!

I had a fantastic stay at Maila’s place! My flight landed earlier than expected, and Maila was incredibly accommodating by allowing me to check in early. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a unit in Sky Garden, Batam, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Check-in & Communication: The host was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for a smooth check-in process. They were always available to answer any questions, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The Unit: The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment, especially after a day of exploring Batam.

This location is the best. The MRT is a short walk and so easy to navigate. Grab a map at the front desk and plan your day. It is so easy. The apartment is exactly as expected. We were a party of 4 adults and very comfortable. The living room got crowded quickly but we didn’t spend too much time inside. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Super zentral gelegene Apartmentanlage, vieles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Super Service, wir konnten Stunden vor Zeit auf Grund unserer frühen Ankunft ein Apartment beziehen. Super freundlicher Service, alles unproblematisch und zuverlässig. Klare Empfehlung!

Such a great location in Chinatown. Very quiet inside and aircon in every room made it comfortable and we felt at home. The staff would organise transport and direct us when needed. Close to great food and transport. Overall great stay and would definitely use again or recommend to friends.

두번째 이용했습니다. 시설도 좋고 응답도 빠르고 차이나타운이 바로 옆에 있어서 그쪽으로 다니기 좋습니다. 지하철역도 두군데가 가깝고 택시를 부르기도 편합니다. 다만 1층에 있는 펍에서 들리는 소음이 조금 불편했습니다. 평상시에는 불편할 정도의 소음은 아니었지만 2번정도 11시 반 넘어서까지 우퍼사운드가 있었습니다. 아마 F1레이싱 주간이라 사람들이 많아서 늦게까지 파티가 있었던 것으로 추측하는데 이에 대한 정보가 미리 없던것이 아쉽습니다. 이를 제외하면 숙소 자체의 환경이나 시설은 너무 좋습니다. 특히 클럽이나 펍을 즐기려는 분들에게는 좋은 위치이기도 합니다.

Amazing location and a nice place.

Our stay was great—thank you, Chen Chen, for hosting us! It’s not a 5-star hotel, but it’s got all the essentials to keep you alive and happy. The location is unbeatable—in the heart of Chinatown, just a minute from the market and metro. The apartment had three AC units, hot water, and a stove with a rather “minimalist” collection of kitchenware. It’s not going to win any interior design awards, but it gets the job done. Check-in could’ve been smoother. We arrived at 5 am, but thankfully I’d asked for our room number ahead of time—avoiding a game of “guess the door.” As for towels, well, none were in the room initially, but we discovered a stash in a cupboard on the staircase. There was a polite sign asking guests to check with reception for towels, but after a long flight, we decided to take matters—and towels—into our own hands. Overall, a good value stay in a fantastic location!

This was such a great location. I stayed here in March and it was quiet and peaceful every night, even with the location being in the heart of Chinatown and near restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this to solo travelers. Three things I would improve is for the hosts to provide a helpful physical guide available for the things around the apartment (switches, heater, TV, laundry info), upgrade the entertainment system and the old couch in the livingroom. Other than that, nice full kitchen, bed and bath for an overall great stay.
