The town offers many great boutiques and antique stores. The cottage is a block from famous homes featured in the movies, Hope Floats and The Tree of Life. You can see the Hope Floats house from the porch! Come unwind and enjoy the small-town life!

It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

Located 50 minutes from Austin and an hour from San Antonio, our property sits out in the country about the same distance from Lockhart and Luling on FM 86. Our adorable guest cottage is located behind our house on a couple of acres surrounded by woods and fields. Perfect for 1 or 2 people to enjoy the beauty and solitude that the country offers.
