The condo is a 5 minute walk from the base. It’s got great views. The furniture is due for an update in some cases but it was overall very comfortable.

The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. We loved our stay here and will look to rent again in the future. We had a few plumbing issues at checking and our host was very responsive and got it fixed quickly! We were very close to the pool/hot tub and also a shot wall to the ski lift. Most importantly these were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on away from home and everyone in our group agreed! Check-in was very easy, it would be nice to include the pool code in the checkin instructions. Thank you for the stay we had a great time!

What truly made the experience unforgettable was Jeff's dedication to ensuring our stay was perfect. It’s clear he genuinely wants to create a memorable experience for his guests. For the price, this location can’t be beat! We really felt like we were living in luxury for pennies on the dollar. Don’t hesitate to book before it becomes super popular and is booked out for months. Jeff and his family’s kindness and hospitality made this trip feel extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The space is functional and well thought out, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area perfect for group meals. The garage is a skier’s dream—boot dryer, bench, floor mats, and ski hangers made gearing up and storing equipment effortless. Inside, there are plenty of hooks for ski wear and small gear, keeping everything organized. The beds are comfortable with fresh mattresses (no squeaks!), and the bathrooms were spotless. The private hot tub with a peaceful golf course view was the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay while seeing all the sites of GWS! Walk to downtown or the pools or our favorite sandwich at Chomps! House had everything we needed!

Beautiful views of the mountains and very close to shops and tourist attractions

We found this home ideal for a multi-generational family of 6. The listing says it can accommodate 9 but I wouldn't recommend more than 6 unless the other three are small children. BUT, it was perfect for 6 adults. We LOVED having a garage since the January temperatures were sub zero. We LOVED having an abundance of wood for the fireplace and used it daily. We always choose rentals with a washer and dryer as well. The instructions were clear and concise and the preparations at check-out minimal, which is always appreciated since a fee is charged for cleaning and hosting. The views of the mountain and ski resort were perfect with all the tall windows. I loved the sunshine on those bitter cold days.

Stonebridge Terrace #13 is a beautifully appointed property that is also well situated, a short drive to the entrance of Beaver Creek Resort and a short walk into Avon. iTrip management was exceptional. All of our requests and inquiries were addressed within minutes of contacting them. All of my family members loved #13, which is a minor miracle- the 8 of us generally have very different ideas on what constitutes a great AirBnB!

We had a fantastic time staying at Cam's place! We couldn't believe the views right outside of the window. The property had ample beds to fit our group- ensuring everyone was able to have their own bed to sleep in. The location was great for getting to and from the ski resort. We happened to wake up to 7" of fresh powder the day after we had gotten there. By the time we had gotten back from skiing, the entire neighborhood had been plowed! This was genuinely one of the best AirBnB's I've stayed at. If you're in CB for a trip, I highly recommend booking Cam's place!

The place was so beautiful even better than the picture house was so cute and clean. I loved the tv coming out of the floor and all the little touches would definitely come back again

We had a great stay in Glenwood Springs. This home is beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms were a decent size and the could fit all of us comfortably. Everything was clean and well-stocked. We were able to check in early and it was easy to get. We could not have asked for a better stay!

Robin is a fabulous host - best I've experienced. She is so sweet and truly invested in her guests' experience. Her house is a gem - beautiful views, spacious layout, and cozy. We really appreciated her and her home and plan to return!

Susan was a fantastic host. We didn't have any wants or needs during our stay. The coffee shop and restaurant in town were amazing! not too far from Powderhorn or Sunrise, both awsome ski destinations! the views all around were great. very glad we stayed in Silt.

Michelle typically responded within ten minutes to questions we had. The house comfortably slept ten girls utilizing the pullout. It had plenty of space for us to eat and lounge together. The neighborhood was peaceful the home was clean. We had a lovely stay!

My family and I had the most wonderful time! The home accommodate my whole adult family! Incredible views of the mountain and each room was perfect! The master suite views were even more amazing! Ski on was easy with a very short walk to ski down to lift and the ski off exactly the same!! Kitchen was well stocked! The open kitchen, dining and family room made it comfortable for us all to be together for games, hanging out and morning breakfast before hitting the slopes! Short drive to the town and if you don’t want to drive, shuttle options available! The town is so cute with great shops and restaurants! We had the best time and will be a trip we always remember! I would most definitely stay here again!

Very homey, comfortable, and well-equipped

This was a great spot for our ski weekend! The only challenge we ran into was with the wifi on the TV, however several of us worked from the house the following day and the wifi worked fine. The free shuttle services to and from the house to resort was amazing.
