I had a very good stay here. The best part was the communication of the owner and how flexible he was for check in and check out. The rooms were very clean and the view was the best you can get (better view of the river and Istanbul city than most restaurants!) It was a bit scary to walk around at night though. Unfortunately some of the facility (especially one shower was clogged and how water was limited) were faulty but overall an amazing stay

Murat’s apartment had a stunning view over the church and out to a mosque. It felt really private and really special because of the location and view, Everything was perfectly as described and despite a late flight out check in was great. We needed a baby cot and that was provided. Overall it was the perfect place to explore Istanbul

Apartement pour 5 personnes bien localisé dans Istanbul. Proche du tram qui va vers le centre historique et vers la place Taksim et tour Galata. Proche également à pied du quartier sympa de Balat. Hôte réactif aux questions et remarques. Bon équipement général mais les ustensiles de cuisine pourraient être plus nombreux ( couverts, assiettes, casseroles, poêles) . Les chambres ont des rideaux mais peu occultants .

Really lovely apartment, felt spacious and was a lovely space to hang out in. The neighbourhood was fantastic and would absolutely base myself there again for a future trip. A really fantastic place to stay all round.

Alles super , die Lage ist sehr gut an einem lebendigen historischen Stadtteil . Die Wohnung ist ein klassischer Altbau mit hohen Decken und historischen Charm. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet.

Hasan Bey’e teşekkür ederiz. Huzur bulduk. Ev için gerekli olan her şey vardı, tertemizdi. Evde hazır su bulmak bizi çok mutlu etti. Geçtiğimiz konaklamalarda su bulamamıştık, ancak bu kez koymuşlar ve çok memnun olduk. Tekrarlamak üzere! Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. 🙏

jika kami ada kesempatan lagi berlibur keturki kami akan menginap disini, harga yang dibayarkan sesuai dengan unit yang didapat. Karena kami beranggapan ini liburan, dan lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu di tempat wisata, sehingga hanya untuk tidur dan beristirahat sudah cukup untuk liburan hemat.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Restful Airbnb with easy access to the Bosporus, restaurants, metro and cafes

The appartement of Erkan had caught my eye before, and when making the final decision something told me to book with Erkan. The appartement is exquisite, it looks better then the images! The house has a lovely energy and Balat is a very upbeat cozy neighbourhood full of color! It almost felt like a vacation in a vacation. Erkan sent me a guide of Balat with his selection of restaurants etc. He was friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend 10/10!

This stay was great, such a comfy home and the location is close to many restaurants and parks. Ece was very welcoming and responsive with anything I needed

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
